Role Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the frontlines of our expansion across Latin America—helping businesses of all sizes solve key financial and operational challenges through Payoneer’s portfolio of global payment and financial services. You’ll identify and engage high-potential prospects, collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to grow pipeline, and play a key role in expanding our reach across the region.
What You’ll Do
Pipeline Creation & Market Engagement
- Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) by industry, geography, and financial needs.
- Launch and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns (calls, LinkedIn, email, video) based on intent signals, regional insights, and buyer personas.
- Tailor messaging for different use cases—cross-border payments, Workforce Management, FX management, capital solutions, cards, and beyond.
Qualify & Educate Prospects
- Conduct discovery calls to explore business models, payment challenges, cash flow needs, and growth goals.
- Position Payoneer’s value proposition based on regional context and competitor landscape.
- Surface opportunities, handle objections, and book qualified meetings for Business Development Managers -BDs- and/or Partnership Managers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns with local trends and lead sources.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure seamless lead handoff, messaging consistency and nurturing.
- Share prospect feedback with Product, Legal, and Operations to inform roadmap and go-to-market priorities.

Who you are
- 2–4 years in an SDR/BDR role (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B financial services).
- Track record of exceeding KPIs for outbound pipeline generation and qualified meetings booked.
- Experience working with SMBs, exporters, digital platforms, or financial decision-makers.
- Proficiency with outbound tools (Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, Aircall, Salesforce).
- Native or fluent Portuguese or Spanish. Strong English required for internal communication.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The Customer Success Manager will be tasked with enabling SMBs and professional businesses in the region to pay and get paid globally with Payoneer’ s fast, flexible, secure, and low-cost solutions. What you’ll do:
- Play an active role in building long-term relationships with Payoneer Partners in the LATAM Region; Portfolio of 80-100 accounts
- Engage the onboarding, retention and cross-selling to increase the payee population of the partners under their Portfolio
- Build a growth plan in sync w/ other customer success managers from Global Partners with local presence in LATAM to build a local agenda to improve Payoneer Brand Awareness and increase our share of pocket in the region
- Identify business opportunities, build the go to market plan, develop solutions that match customers’ needs and successfully implement the roadmap

Who you are:
- 2+ years of account management, business development or other relevant experience in Fintech/payments industry
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or industrial engineering
- Fluent in English + Portuguese
- Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, and modeling, analyzing and forecasting economic and financial impacts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present a business case to key stakeholders
- Data oriented, possesses a high level of attention to detail with strong analytical and business reasoning skills

Role Summary

We are seeking a Legal Counsel – Employment to provide comprehensive legal guidance and support on various matters related to employee management.
The Legal Counsel - Employment (LATAM) will be reporting to the Director Global Employment and Workforce and would be a critical role in leading the labour & employment laws charter for Payoneer and WFM entities in the LATAM regions.
Prior Argentina employment law experience is mandatory. Exposure to other LATAM jurisdictions is a strong advantage.

What you’ll do
· Provide high-quality, practical employment law advice across the full employee lifecycle in Argentina, with the ability to support broader LATAM matters where relevant.
· Acting as the regional lead and subject matter expert for the region.
· Lead and support employee relations matters, including terminations, separations, disciplinary processes, and performance-related actions, ensuring risk-aligned outcomes.
· Advise on labour contracting and subcontracting compliance, ensuring ongoing adherence to regional regulatory requirements.
· Draft, review, and refine employment documentation, including employment agreements, separation and mutual termination letters, transfer/relocation documents, full and final settlement letters, and statutory HR policies.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of employment, HR, compensation, and workforce-structuring policies that align with local laws and business needs.
· Stay ahead of legal and regulatory changes across national and local employment laws, and translate updates into actionable guidance for internal stakeholders and clients.
· Collaborate closely with HR Ops, Payroll, Sales, GTM, Finance, and other internal teams to deliver coordinated, commercially aligned legal solutions.
· Support compensation and benefits reviews, ensuring alignment with statutory standards and market practices.
· Conduct legal research and prepare clear, business-friendly analysis on employment and labor law issues.
· Deliver training and guidance to internal teams and clients on employment law compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices.
· Support individual and large-scale workforce transitions, reorganisations, and restructuring, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and documentation standards
Who you are
· You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s or LLM is an added advantage.
· You bring 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Argentinian employment and labor law. Experience supporting other LATAM jurisdictions is a strong plus.
· You have deep knowledge of Argentinian labor laws, regulations, case trends, and practical market practices.
· You understand the legal nuances of hiring, employee lifecycle management, workforce transitions, and separations.
· You have strong drafting skills and are experienced in preparing and reviewing employment agreements, HR policies, separation documentation, and related employment artefacts.
· You possess excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate legal requirements into practical, business-aligned guidance.
· You communicate legal concepts clearly and confidently, partnering effectively with HR, business teams, and leadership.
· You can work independently, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and operate with sound judgment in fast-moving environments.
· Able to manage high volume case load.
· You have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
· You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating evolving laws, regulations, and business needs.

Payoneer is looking for an energetic and ambitious Partnerships Manager in Latin America – based in Buenos Aires – who takes ownership to the highest level, can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and to grow new and existing partner accounts through effective executive engagement. You will drive new partners, manage an existing portfolio, and handle the end-to-end partner management in collaboration with other team members. Working in a dynamic business environment, you will be responsible for identifying and collaborating with the potential partners to drive acquisition and expansion of Payoneer reach.
In addition to being adept at both business development and account management, the ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills to create programs and processes to enable the channel partnerships function to grow at scale. This role is will report to the regional head of partnerships.

Payoneer is looking for a RevOps Lead to build and operate the targeting and data workflows that power our outbound engine. This role directly impacts pipeline and revenue by ensuring our sales teams target the right companies, with high-quality data and scalable workflows.
You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable working with systems and tools, AI prompting, data, integrations, and automations.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain outbound targeting logic and high-intent ICP lists using AI tools and a modern data stack (e.g., Clay)
- Analyze accounts and validate ICP fit using structured data and AI workflows
- Ensure outbound data quality by monitoring enrichment sources, fixing gaps, and improving coverage
- Ingest and structure data from registries, data providers, and partners
- Design and improve automations and workflows across Clay, CRM, and sales tools to reduce manual work and increase sales rep productivity
- Upload, deduplicate, and route leads in Salesforce and outbound tools
- Translate sales strategy into data fields and signals that enable personalization at scale
- Own CRM logic and hygiene for outbound processes
- Track performance, identify drivers of pipeline, and continuously improve targeting and outreach inputs
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, GTM Ops, or a similar analytical role
