Role Summary:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the frontlines of our expansion across Latin America—helping businesses of all sizes solve key financial and operational challenges through Payoneer’s portfolio of global payment and financial services. You’ll identify and engage high-potential prospects, collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to grow pipeline, and play a key role in expanding our reach across the region.

What You’ll Do

Pipeline Creation & Market Engagement

• Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) by industry, geography, and financial needs.
• Launch and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns (calls, LinkedIn, email, video) based on intent signals, regional insights, and buyer personas.
• Tailor messaging for different use cases—cross-border payments, Workforce Management, FX management, capital solutions, cards, and beyond.

Qualify & Educate Prospects

• Conduct discovery calls to explore business models, payment challenges, cash flow needs, and growth goals.
• Position Payoneer’s value proposition based on regional context and competitor landscape.
• Surface opportunities, handle objections, and book qualified meetings for Business Development Managers -BDs- and/or Partnership Managers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

We are looking for a Senior Credit Risk Manager to join our Working Capital Risk team and lead risk strategy and execution to support the expansion of our B2B offering in LATAM. This role is ideal for an experienced risk professional with hands-on expertise in credit risk assessment and strong familiarity with LATAM’s financial landscape, including local data sources, regulatory frameworks, and market practices. The ideal candidate combines analytical strength with strategic thinking, and can drive complex initiatives in a matrixed, cross-functional environment. In its initial phase, the role will focus primarily on manual underwriting of B2B customers in the region, with the goal of gradually transitioning toward more scalable, data-driven risk assessment processes.

The Senior Risk Manager will report to the Global Director of Portfolio Risk Management and collaborate closely with the central Risk, BizOps, and Data teams, as well as with the local LATAM GTM, playing a critical role in developing and localizing risk strategies.

The Legal Counsel - Employment (LATAM) will be reporting to the Director Global Employment and Workforce and would be a critical role in leading the labour & employment laws charter for Payoneer and WFM entities in the LATAM regions.

Prior Argentina employment law experience is mandatory. Exposure to other LATAM jurisdictions is a strong advantage.

What you’ll do

· Provide high-quality, practical employment law advice across the full employee lifecycle in Argentina, with the ability to support broader LATAM matters where relevant.

· Acting as the regional lead and subject matter expert for the region.

· Lead and support employee relations matters, including terminations, separations, disciplinary processes, and performance-related actions, ensuring risk-aligned outcomes.
