This role
The People Business Partner will be responsible to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee related questions to employees ranging from Leadership team members down to entry level ones. Deploy talent management, organizational development, and payroll solutions to drive the business strategy and breakthrough results.

This role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to establish and scale our recruiting function in India. This is a foundational, high-impact role. You will be the first TA leader in the country, responsible for building strategy, processes, and market presence from the ground up.

This role
We are looking for a Risk Manager to own the credit risk analytical function for PayJoy’s Philippines business, based in our Bangalore hub. You will be given clear direction on the problems to solve and the frameworks to work within, and it will be your job to execute that work independently and drive it to conclusion with minimal hand-holding.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will be in the data every day — monitoring portfolio performance, analyzing policy changes, building and maintaining the reporting infrastructure that keeps the Philippines credit risk function running. You are someone who takes full ownership of your workstreams, proactively flags risks, and doesn’t need to be chased for updates. This role has a clear path to team leadership as the Philippines business grows.

This role
PayJoy is entering a new phase of growth in India, and the Country Manager will lead it. This is a true builder role: the person will own the India go-to-market strategy, stand up the local organization, and drive PayJoy's first originations in one of the world's largest and most complex consumer credit markets. They are accountable for the full P&L and serve as PayJoy's key representative to retailers, OEM partners, lenders, and regulators.
Successful candidates combine strategic clarity with an operator's hunger for execution. They know how to build teams in India from scratch, manage a regulated financial services business under RBI oversight, close device manufacturer and channel partnerships, develop both offline and online distribution, and think rigorously about lending economics and capital allocation.
