Key Responsibilities
A Speech Pathologist (SLP) administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Administrator/Clinical Manager. Speech therapy services are furnished only by or under the supervision of a qualified speech pathologist or audiologist.

Key Responsibilities
The Home Health Registered Nurse is a trained professional nurse who administers skilled nursing care. May be required to perform admission, routine, respite, or continuous care visits and assess patients. Responsible for overall coordination of the care delivered to her/his patient caseload. This is accomplished by making regular visits to patients wherever they reside, communicating regularly with the Interdisciplinary Team and Medical Director, identifying patient, family, caregiver needs and providing those needs in accordance with the attending physician's orders and the IDG plan of care. This position requires the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, facilities, and other IDG team members.

Leadership Development:
This position is based in our office with minimal travel for marketing activities, public relations, and occasional patient home visits. The role requires high flexibility - you must be available during all operating hours and responsive to urgent clinical and operational needs. Frequent disruptions to routine are expected as you respond to patient emergencies, staff questions, referral source requests, and operational challenges. Occasional long hours may be necessary during high-census periods or staffing challenges. Weekend on-call coordination is part of the role.
