The Job

As a Principal Architect at Omnidian, you are the visionary leader responsible for the technical excellence of our entire CRM platform. You move beyond system ownership to influence the strategic technology direction of the entire company. Reporting to engineering leadership, you will lead proofs of concept for emerging technologies and define the organizational processes that ensure our systems remain reliable, agile, and scalable. You will moderate high-level technical discussions and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our CRM ecosystem serves as a world-class foundation for global solar performance assurance.

What You'll Do

Enterprise Governance & Mentorship

Platform Excellence: Lead technical excellence for the whole platform, specifically targeting long-term system reliability and reducing time to delivery across all teams.

Process Definition: Define the engineering processes used across the organization, focusing on high-level KPIs, discipline, and agility.

Organizational Coordination: Act as a high-level coordinator and moderator for technical discussions, providing feedback that aligns multiple teams with the company’s technological "North Star."

Strategic Stewardship: Serve as the ultimate authority on enterprise-level security and global scalability, ensuring architectural integrity across the entire company portfolio.

Intelligent Systems and AI Strategy

Technology: Actively research, create proofs of concept, and introduce entirely new technologies to the engineering organization to maintain our competitive edge.

Agentic Vision: Lead the high-level implementation strategy for Agentforce and Einstein AI, moving the organization toward autonomous, agentic system designs.

AI Multiplication: Champion and define the standards for "AI-augmented" development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to multiply velocity and quality across the entire engineering department.

Integration & Solutions Architecture

Platform-Wide Visionary: Evolve the architecture not just for current requirements, but as a visionary leader ensuring the platform supports future business pivots and massive scale.

Complex Ecosystem Leadership: Architect deeply decoupled systems using Event-Driven Patterns and Pub/Sub API, ensuring seamless integration across diverse off-platform services (AWS, Snowflake, etc.).

Technical Excellence: Lead the research and adoption of advanced patterns that improve the speed of delivery and fault tolerance of our enterprise integrations.

Experience You’ll Need

Extensive CRM Leadership: 12+ years of experience in high-growth environments, with a proven track record of leading platform-wide architectural changes.

Mastery of Certifications: Must hold Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect credentials.

AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience researching and introducing Agentic AI or large-scale AI integrations into enterprise environments.

Enterprise Integration: Deep expertise in Event-Driven Patterns, Pub/Sub API, and Platform Events to lead a decoupled, platform-wide architecture.

Process Leadership: Demonstrated experience defining organizational engineering KPIs and agile processes

Experience That’s a Plus

OOP Foundation: Background in professional Object-Oriented Development (e.g., Java, .NET, or Python) outside of the Salesforce ecosystem.

Modern Data Stack: Experience with Data Cloud, Databricks, or Snowflake, specifically regarding data ingestion and harmonization for Salesforce.

AWS Cloud: Familiarity with Lambda, S3, or EventBridge for off-platform architectural extensions.

Industry Context: Prior experience in the energy or renewable sector.

As a Principal Engineer, you will serve as a key technical advisor and architect for our engineering organization. Experience You’ll Need

Proven ability to lead through influence: Extensive prior experience as a Lead or Principal Engineer with a track record of driving significant, company-wide technical initiatives.

Technical Breadth: Strong proficiency in our core stack: Kotlin (JVM), React (TypeScript), AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and various relational and NoSQL databases.

Scaling: Proven experience with large, globally scaled distributed systems.

AI First: Professional experience integrating AI/LLMs into internal developer workflows as well as user-facing product features.

10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on platform architecture and developer experience.

We’re seeking an experienced, business-minded attorney for our in-house counsel. In this role, you’ll handle a broad spectrum of legal matters across the organization, including commercial transactions, business development, corporate law, insurance, and stock plan administration. Reporting to the CFO and as a key advisor to the executive team, you’ll contribute to strategic decision-making and ensure legal alignment with business objectives, helping Omnidian scale effectively and sustainably.

What You'll Do

Legal Leadership and Strategic Guidance

Handle a broad range of commercial and transactional matters, serving as an escalation point for issue resolution and improving contract templates and playbooks.

Work cross-functionally to support Omnidian’s initiatives on a wide variety of commercial transactions related to the business operations.

Provide legal and strategic guidance to assess and mitigate legal risk by building a deep understanding of the business and collaborate with internal clients to support their goals.

Contract Management and Compliance

Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and transactional contracts, including customer contracts, business development arrangements, and vendor agreements such as master service agreements, vendor service agreements and other purchase agreements.

Support compliance, data privacy, and intellectual property strategy as the company scales and expands into new markets.
