The access management category is being rewritten in real time, and Oasis is leading it. The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.
We're looking for a Marketing Designer to join our Marketing team and own the full-funnel pipeline engine for Oasis during a period of rapid growth.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, storytelling, and pipeline. You will craft the visual language that defines how Oasis shows up across every channel - from demand gen campaigns and event presence to sales collateral and product launches.
Your work will directly shape how the world’s most security-conscious enterprises perceive Oasis.
The Experience: 4–7 years in graphic design or visual marketing within cybersecurity or B2B SaaS. Experience designing for security or identity personas is a significant advantage.
Security Design Expertise: Previous experience designing for cybersecurity brands or creating visuals for technical enterprise audiences is a major plus.
Full-Stack Creative: Proven ability to produce across formats — digital ads, presentations, web, print, and event materials — with a strong portfolio to show for it.
Strategic Execution: You are a "doer" who can also think big. You move seamlessly from brand strategy to the pixel-level details of a campaign asset.
Impact Focused: You measure success by the impact your work has on brand perception and pipeline — not just the number of assets delivered.
AI Savvy: You are curious about and comfortable using AI design tools (like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Figma AI) to accelerate your creative output and push the quality of your work.
Exceptional Communication: You can present your creative rationale clearly, take feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Eager to take ownership, prove your impact, and grow with a fast-scaling startup.
Who You Are
Why This Role
This is not a traditional design role.
You won't just produce assets -you'll own the visual voice of one of cybersecurity's fastest-growing companies, directly shaping how the world's most security-conscious enterprises see and trust Oasis.
As Oasis scales, your work will be at the center of everything.
