POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Director of Mid-Market Sales, the Senior Manager, Mid-Market Sales is responsible for achieving sales, revenue, and market share goals of the assigned sales team. The Senior Manager, Mid-Market Sales is expected to meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicators for the team, hire and manage a team the performs meets or exceeds its performance objectives, forecast the team’s bookings accurately to the business, and work with the leaders of other functions to ensure the team is adequately supported to achieve its objectives.

Annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position is: $230,000 - $280,000 USD (depending on your city of residence and experience)

POSITION SUMMARY:
The 12 Volt Installation Technician provides implementation services, including project management, technical installation training, customer hardware support, hands-on device best practices, and sales support for the Netradyne Driveri mobile system. The Services Engineer may provide installation and deinstallation services, technical assistance, device and camera location planning, and work closely with Installation Service Partners to support high volume and multi-location installations. This role will support Mid-Market and Enterprise level customer projects. This remote position requires residence in the Western United States, Northern California or Pacific Northwest.

This account represents substantial ARR, and the role carries direct accountability for year‑over‑year growth through cross‑sell, upsell, and long‑term strategic partnership development.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Solutions Engineering team works with the Sales team to effectively join sales calls with new or existing customers, addressing technical questions, researching, solving issues, and providing overall technical expertise to assist in closing business.
The Solutions Engineering team helps sales identify customer pain points, develop solutions, present the Netradyne value benefits and address any technical objections. To realize this, the Solution Engineer should have a strong desire to utilize their technical and sales skills to understand the customer’s needs and requirements. Experience in delivering compelling demonstrations of cloud solutions and products is essential.

The Systems Engineer provides advanced technical support, installation guidance, and hardware implementation expertise for complex, custom, and technically challenging vehicle safety system deployments. This role works cross-functionally to improve installation quality, field readiness, product usability, and customer and driver outcomes.
This position applies deep technical knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, telematics, cameras, sensors, monitors, and associated wiring and cabling to support deployments, resolve escalations, and develop scalable installation standards and best practices. The role also supports a data-driven operating model through technical analysis, remote troubleshooting, pattern recognition, and the continued improvement of tools, workflows, and knowledge resources that support safer and more effective implementation outcomes.
Success in this role requires strong judgment, professionalism, ownership, accountability, leadership presence, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or fast-moving situations. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling escalations, influencing outcomes without direct authority, and communicating findings, recommendations, and results clearly across multiple levels of the organization. This role is also expected to help elevate Field Engineering capabilities through stronger systems, visibility, consistency, and implementation support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide advanced technical support for complex hardware installations, field implementations, and system coexistence scenarios.
• Troubleshoot issues involving vehicle electrical systems, hardware, wiring, cabling, interoperability, and field performance, using structured analysis, pattern recognition, and remote troubleshooting methods where appropriate.
• Analyze field and product performance data to identify trends, risks, and recurring patterns, and apply those insights to issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Manage technical escalations in ambiguous or fast-moving situations with sound judgment, professionalism, and clear communication.
• Work cross-functionally to translate field conditions, implementation risks, and recurring issues into actionable feedback, aligned next steps, and improved execution.
• Identify, document, and improve installation methods, technical processes, field standards, and supporting documentation.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of tools, workflows, reporting resources, and knowledge systems that strengthen Field Engineering visibility, consistency, and implementation support.
• Communicate technical findings, recommendations, risks, and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership at multiple levels of the organization.
