As a Personalization Producer L3 you will work on marketing campaigns for some of the world’s best known brands. You will use Movable Ink’s Visual Experience Platform to deliver unique, personalized visual experiences for our clients’ marketing campaigns across email, web and other channels. You will manage a growing portfolio of client campaigns, responsible for all stages of a campaign build from brief through to final asset delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our Visual Experience platform
- Build dynamic content using the apps in our platform based on detailed client briefs using HTML/CSS/Javascript
- Reply to campaign requests from clients and manage campaign builds using our ticketing system
- Test each build to make sure it meets all the requirements (zero errors)
- Track your time for each build
- Manage a growing portfolio of client campaigns
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills, as you'll be working with our Client Experience team
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Comfortable troubleshooting code through debugging issues efficiently and effectively
- Experience building pixel-perfect content against creative files (ie. Photoshop)
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Self-awareness, a positive attitude and empathy; detail oriented

Senior Analyst - Information Security

The Senior Analyst, Information Security will be a part of the team responsible for assisting clients and prospects with security and privacy inquiries, managing the daily flow of questionnaires, assessments, and trust related requests, and security and compliance strategy to protect Movable Ink’s platform. You'll work closely with leaders from around the organization to support a strong security posture aimed at protecting our customers' data. This includes ensuring that information security controls are operating effectively and incrementally improved.
Responsibilities:
- Triage, prioritize, and manage incoming client and prospect security requests across email, Zendesk, and other intake channels.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, provide advice on risk management strategies, and support the implementation of risk mitigation measures
- Review various manual processes across the program and find innovative solutions to use automation where possible for process efficiency
- Coordinate across a variety of teams to gather information and resolve client inquiries
- Perform light TPRM intake and triage, including logging new vendor requests and coordinating basic review steps.
- Support the TPRM process by tracking vendor assessments and maintaining status visibility for stakeholders.
- Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring security practices comply with relevant regulations.
- Stay informed of industry trends, security threats, and regulatory changes, recommending adjustments to access control policies as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a security analyst focused role
- Foundational knowledge of information security, compliance, and SaaS environments
- Experience working with ticketing platforms and Trust Center platforms (or similar tools)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to logically think through problem resolution
- Strong communication skills across all levels and departments of the organization
- Must possess high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work while successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
- Exposure to privacy or security-related compliance frameworks preferred (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27,000 series, and GDPR)
- Security related certification(s) a plus

Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist you will be challenged with investigating and resolving complex customer issues escalated by our clients, Client Experience and Solutions teams.
Additionally you will have the opportunity to be innovative and forward-thinking, creating documentation, streamlining processes, and building internal tools and features to address common customer issues and gaps in product functionality. In effect you’ll be solving difficult problems upstream to improve both product quality, as well as the overall customer experience.
This remote role would suit a Costa Rica-based Tech Support Specialist who can work a 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday schedule, and participate in an on-call rotation. The on-call rotation typically occurs once a month, with each shift lasting one full week (Monday to Monday), including evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Become a technical expert in Movable Ink’s Products and custom solutions
- Take ownership of client and internal support requests from initial contact to resolution including troubleshooting, determining root cause, and ensuring that the initiator understands the resolution
- Participate in an on-call rotation, taking ownership of incoming emergency issues from both clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide customer feedback to our Product and Engineering teams
- Write documentation, knowledge base articles, and tutorials to improve the customer experience of Movable Ink’s products and services
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, technical account management or similar role; B2B and SaaS product is preferable
- Experience with inspecting and diagnosing web-applications and/or mobile applications
- Strong understanding of and experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL API
- Knowledge of Single Sign-on set up and debugging, including OAuth, SAML, and SCIM
- Knowledge on relational databases
- Ability to reproduce customer issues, perform initial triage and identify bugs needing Engineering work
- Commitment and strong drive to provide delightful customer experiences and the tenacity to drive issues to resolution
- Desire to educate others in Movable Ink’s Products and technical knowledge to reduce repeat support requests
- Basic experience with support tools such as Django, Kibana, Jenkins, Google Cloud Platform, Grafana, and AWS Cloud Watch or similar.
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience with at least one of the languages that underpin the modern web (JavaScript, Python etc.)
- Solid understanding of browser debugging (XMLHttpRequests, analyzing page source, HAR captures, iFrame behavior, Meta tags, performance testing, etc)
- Solid understanding of cloud hosting platforms
- Superb written and verbal English communication skills, with experience contributing to internal and external documentation
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
- Ability to take initiative and adapt

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Client Experience Managers and Solutions Architects to scope and define technical requirements for client projects
- Build, test, and deliver client-specific apps and dynamic experiences on top of the Movable Ink Platform
- Translate designs and ideas into functional, production-ready email/web/mobile experiences
- Provide input on feasibility and UX improvements during the design phase
- Balance multiple projects at once with autonomy and ownership, delivering on time and upholding code quality
- Troubleshoot and support deployed client projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience writing client-side technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Strong vanilla JavaScript fundamentals; React knowledge is a plus, but not the core of your daily work
- Experience working in an environment where priorities shift and projects are short-term and highly varied (agency or consulting experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with consuming REST APIs and working with dynamic data
- Strong UX sensibility and attention to detail
