The Team – Strategy Technology & Transformation
Join a team of talented professionals with deep business and finance transformation experience to guide clients through major transactions (M&A, carve-outs, IPOs), new system implementations, and organizational challenges. We help organizations develop business strategy and execute on transformation initiatives in the areas of operational accounting, financial process improvement, financial technology enablement, FP&A, and transactions.
Your Impact
- Work within our Financial Services vertical, delivering strategic advice and solutions to senior and C-Level executives on how to obtain value from major investments and transformations.
- Drive GTM strategies for payment‑network lines of business at large financial service firms—prioritize high‑value markets, define country-level network acceptance models, ensure operational readiness, and navigate regulatory compliance
- Lead large-scale integration and transformation programs, managing 10+ workstreams across legal, HR, risk, finance, and operations
- Develop and execute integrated implementation plans, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
- dentify and manage critical path dependencies, risks, and regulatory constraints
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to drive decision-making and resolve conflicting priorities
- Provide strategic guidance balancing risk, cost, speed, and regulatory compliance
- Facilitate client working sessions ranging from executive and board-level meetings to large group presentations and requirements gathering exercises.
- Leverage a ‘roll-up your sleeves’ style to develop and execute against clients’ strategic initiatives.
- Manage and coach project teams to deliver complex engagements.
- Support clients involved in major transactions (M&A, carve-outs, IPO), financial process improvement, system implementation, operational accounting challenges, and financial technology enablement.
- Play an active role in business development efforts across all stages (market analysis, client sourcing, relationship building, proposal development, oral presentations).
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients at all levels that are based on integrity and trust.
- Contribute perspectives on the implications of market trends such as data and digital transformation, emerging technology, macro-economic trends, and regulatory demands.
Your Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 8+ years of applicable Finance, Operations, or Business Transformation experience with at least 5 years of financial services experience
- Experience within a global financial service firm, retail banking, or payment networks
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation or go-to-market programs
- Strong background in operational risk and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated track record helping companies undergo major transformations
- Prior experience working directly with and advising C-Level executives, including experience presenting complex ideas and facilitating executive workshops
- Experience leading project teams across multiple workstreams
- Experience coaching and developing junior team members
- Highly effective interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (may substitute for business-related undergraduate degree)
- At least one of the following certifications is preferred: CPA, PMP
- Progressive responsibility in managing client relationships and achievement against business development goals
- Familiarity with payment network transaction flows and settlement processes
- Experience with regulatory approvals, legal entity structuring, and intercompany agreements

This role is designed for a seasoned finance transformation leader who understands how financial performance is created, measured, and managed within complex financial services organizations. Key responsibilities include:
Financial Planning, Performance & Profitability
- Lead FP&A and corporate planning initiatives, including stress testing and capital planning, long-range planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling tailored to insurance and/or banking businesses
- Develop and oversee product, customer, and business-line profitability analysis, including margin drivers, pricing impacts, and capital considerations
- Drive transparency into corporate overhead and shared services costs, ensuring expenses are appropriately allocated to the right products, functions, and business lines
- Support executive decision-making through clear, insight-driven financial narratives and dashboards
Data, Integration & Performance Enablement
- Partner with finance, technology, and data teams to improve data mapping, integrations, and financial data flows across source systems
- Translate business and finance requirements into scalable performance management and business solutions
- Ensure consistency of definitions, metrics, and hierarchies across planning, reporting, and analytics
- Support post-merger or transformation environments where financial integration and performance alignment are critical
Target Operating Model (TOM) Leadership
- Lead or support Target Operating Model design and implementation for finance and performance management functions
- Assess current-state capabilities across people, process, technology, governance, and data
- Define future-state operating models aligned to strategy, scale, and regulatory expectations
- Drive execution through detailed roadmaps, change management, and stakeholder engagement
Leadership & Client / Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and finance leadership, including CFO organizations
- Facilitate executive and working sessions, translating complex topics into clear, actionable outcomes
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing coaching, quality oversight, and performance feedback
- Contribute to business development through solution design, proposal development, and thought leadership
Your Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, corporate planning, or finance transformation with at least 2 years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization
- Deep industry experience in Insurance and/or Banking, with a strong understanding of industry economics, products, and regulatory environments
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- FP&A and enterprise planning
- Product and business-line profitability
- Expense management and cost allocation
- Performance management frameworks and KPIs
- Hands-on experience supporting or leading Target Operating Model transformations
- Strong ability to bridge business, finance, and data/technology teams
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience in professional services or internal transformation roles within large financial institutions
- Familiarity with FP&A, EPM, or performance management platforms
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and storytelling skills

Your Impact
This role is designed for a seasoned finance transformation leader who understands how financial performance is created, measured, and managed within complex financial services organizations. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable financial and operating models, ensuring insight, accountability, and sustainable value creation.
Key responsibilities include:
Financial Planning, Performance & Profitability
- Lead FP&A and corporate planning initiatives, including stress testing and capital planning, long-range planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling tailored to insurance and/or banking businesses
- Develop and oversee product, customer, and business-line profitability analysis, including margin drivers, pricing impacts, and capital considerations
- Drive transparency into corporate overhead and shared services costs, ensuring expenses are appropriately allocated to the right products, functions, and business lines
- Support executive decision-making through clear, insight-driven financial narratives and dashboards
Data, Integration & Performance Enablement
- Partner with finance, technology, and data teams to improve data mapping, integrations, and financial data flows across source systems
- Translate business and finance requirements into scalable performance management and business solutions
- Ensure consistency of definitions, metrics, and hierarchies across planning, reporting, and analytics
- Support post-merger or transformation environments where financial integration and performance alignment are critical
Target Operating Model (TOM) Leadership
- Lead or support Target Operating Model design and implementation for finance and performance management functions
- Assess current-state capabilities across people, process, technology, governance, and data
- Define future-state operating models aligned to strategy, scale, and regulatory expectations
- Drive execution through detailed roadmaps, change management, and stakeholder engagement
Leadership & Client / Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and finance leadership, including CFO organizations
- Facilitate executive and working sessions, translating complex topics into clear, actionable outcomes
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing coaching, quality oversight, and performance feedback
- Contribute to business development through solution design, proposal development, and thought leadership
Your Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, corporate planning, or finance transformation with at least 2 years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization
- Deep industry experience in Insurance and/or Banking, with a strong understanding of industry economics, products, and regulatory environments
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- FP&A and enterprise planning
- Product and business-line profitability
- Expense management and cost allocation
- Performance management frameworks and KPIs
- Hands-on experience supporting or leading Target Operating Model transformations
- Strong ability to bridge business, finance, and data/technology teams
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience in professional services or internal transformation roles within large financial institutions
- Familiarity with FP&A, EPM, or performance management platforms
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and storytelling skills

Your Impact
Work within our Financial Services practice delivering strategic finance transformation advice and execution support to senior and C suite executives. You will help clients realize value from major investments in finance modernization, core banking transformation, ERP implementations, and AI enabled capabilities.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and delivery leader, translating business strategy into executable transformation roadmaps while managing complex programs, leading teams, and driving measurable outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead medium to largescale bank finance transformation engagements, including core process redesign, subledger redesign, ERP implementations, and core banking system modernization
- Develop finance transformation strategies aligned to business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology roadmaps
- Redesign finance operating models across key functions such as FP&A, Treasury, and Record to Report
- Lead transformation PMO functions, including governance design, integrated planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, and executive reporting
- Advise clients on the business and technology implications of modern core banking systems supporting loans, investments, and deposits
- Bridge business and technology teams by translating finance requirements into functional and technical designs
- Support finance integration initiatives following M&A, including data lineage, redesign of finance processes, and target state system architecture
- Assess and define the role of AI in finance transformation, including identification of practical AI use cases and development of AI enabled finance strategies
- Facilitate client working sessions ranging from executive and board level discussions to detailed design and requirements workshops
- Lead current state assessments and develop actionable transformation roadmaps and business cases
- Manage and coach project teams delivering complex, multi workstream engagements
- Actively develop junior team members through coaching, feedback, and mentorship
- Play a lead role in business development efforts, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and oral presentations

Your Experience

- Proven experience implementing medium to largescale finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, subledger redesign, and core process transformation
- Experience redesigning finance operating models across FP&A, Treasury, and/or Record to Report
- Strong understanding of core banking systems supporting loans, investments, and deposits
