Mohawk Opportunities is a small nonprofit in Schenectady, NY. We have a culture of a team approach and supportive work environment. We utilize the Supervision for Success model which provide the knowledge, tools, and skills staff members need to be empowered to do their job. We believe in ongoing staff training and development.
