Job Description

As a member of the Enterprise Risk and Compliance (ERC) team, the Third-Party Analyst plays a key role in supporting Mitratech's Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of vendor, contractor, and partner data across the organization. This position is central to maintaining high data quality standards that directly reduce third-party risk exposure, with responsibilities spanning data entry, ongoing data maintenance, and audit readiness across all TPRM records.
Under the direction of the Manager, Enterprise Risk and Compliance, the Third-Party Analyst will serve as a critical operational partner to Legal, Compliance, Security, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Business Teams, supporting the intake, review, onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding of Mitratech’s third-party relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cross-functional coordination, contract intake review, operational governance, and building structured workflows that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and support audit readiness.

The Verifications Specialist is responsible for using telephone, email and fax to communicate with employers, schools, state boards, and online databases to verify current and previous employment, education, professional licenses, certifications and references for our clients as part of their pre-employment screening process. Pre-employment screening orders must be processed according to contractual agreements and client standards.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Data Quality, to lead and execute our enterprise data quality program. This strategic role is designed for an experienced data professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data quality management, data profiling, and data remediation across complex enterprise systems. As the primary owner of data quality across our organization, you will identify gaps, drive resolutions, and build scalable controls that ensure our data is accurate, consistent, and trustworthy.

We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist to lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of AI agent solutions across the enterprise. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, using platforms like BotDojo to create automated workflows and conversation flows.
