Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior AI Product Engineer to join our team and lead the charge in transforming how software is developed. You will be a subject matter expert and force multiplier, leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate engineering, while also driving innovative AI features across our HR, Legal, and Risk SaaS products.

As a senior team member, you will set the standard for technical excellence, foster a collaborative environment, and influence the technical direction of our products. What You’ll Do

• Strategic AI-Augmented Development: Lead our AI-first engineering approach. Architect and implement strategies using tools like GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, and GPT APIs to boost team productivity. Define and refine prompt engineering best practices for the entire team.

• Architecture and Feature Delivery: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure features across our product suite. Lead complex full-stack development initiatives, from system architecture to back-end APIs and data layers, directly contributing to the value delivered to HR, Legal, and Risk clients.

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Set the standard for code quality and engineering excellence. Architect and implement testing strategies (manual and AI-assisted), conduct in-depth code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers to support their growth.

• Innovation and Process Improvement: Stay ahead of AI software development trends. Evaluate and adopt new tools and practices to enhance team efficiency and capabilities. Contribute to the technical roadmap and help define the future of our engineering organization.

Qualifications

Essential:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on building and maintaining scalable, production-grade applications.

• Deep expertise in modern backend or full-stack technologies (Python, Go, Java, Node.js or React). Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex systems.

• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, GPT APIs) for productivity gains.

• Extensive experience with AI tools and LLMs, including frameworks like LangChain or direct OpenAI API usage.

• Strong commitment to code quality, security, and performance. Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.

• Proven technical leadership abilities, mentoring junior developers and leading complex projects from concept to delivery.

• Excellent communication skills in English, able to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience collaborating with U.S.-based stakeholders.

• Knowledge of HR, Legal, or Risk industries.

Our Technical Project Manager III acts as both Scrum Master and Product Owner on their Scrum Team and has a passion for product design, development and technical excellence. In this role you will work closely with the product and development team for our MBR product.

As a Software Engineer IV in Test, you'll:

Sr Engineering Operations 

About the Role:

As an Sr. Engineering Operations, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering department by focusing on key operational functions. You will be responsible for streamlining and automating processes, managing resources, and ensuring our engineering teams have the support they need to excel. This role is less focused on day-to-day project management and more on the underlying operations that enable engineering success. • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for infrastructure automation and ML/Gen AI deployments.

• Collaborate with ML and Generative AI teams to scale models, optimize performance, and design efficient prompt or inference pipelines.

• Develop runbooks and SOPs for AI service deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Ensure security, compliance, and data protection across AI datasets and environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Linux administration and systems-level troubleshooting.

• Deep expertise in AWS cloud services, with experience in compute, storage, networking, and security domains.

• Proficiency in container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS) and infrastructure automation tools.

• Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.

• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).

• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model deployment, inference scaling, and LLM performance tuning.

• Working knowledge of security best practices, IAM roles, encryption, and compliance controls.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner with ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams.

Education:

You will be involved in the development of a key component of our document automation solution and enabling a unification of our client-side and server-side processing, using a variety of technologies including TypeScript and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Domino applications using LotusScript, XPages, Java and Domino Designer.
• Analyse functional and technical requirements and translate them into robust application designs.
• Maintain and enhance existing client applications, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Use Team Studio for version control, code management, and team collaboration.
• Support application documentation, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Significant experience with HCL Domino development and support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working under minimal technical guidance
• Proficient in Lotusscript, XPages, SSJS and Java
• Experience with web service client configuration and integration within Domino
• Solid understanding of Domino design elements (forms, views, agents, profiles, etc.) and their behaviour during design replacement or updates.
• Familiarity with Domino's access control and security model

• Considerable knowledge in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting of Domino environments
• Exposure to Java Server Faces (JSF).
