Managed Accounts businesses across hedge fund and private credit products. This role will support
Portfolio and Asset Management activities and will be responsible for NAV oversight, cash
management, client reporting, & Profit & Loss (PnL) analysis. Possessing excellent communication
and administrative skills, the Analyst will be responsible for a significant portion of the day-to-day
operations support and managing relationships with our Operations counterparts at our clients &
external counterparties.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the direction and administration of operations and processes for our funds.
- Check and process all cash management and payment processing activities including, margin calls, loan closings, drawdowns, paydowns, & interest payments.
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of the pricing governance and controls are maintained through identification and mitigation of pricing risks and the communication/documentation of any enhancements to the framework. Ensure relevant information is incorporated in the valuation of the investments and that valuations are reflective of fair value.
- Calculate Net Asset Value (NAV) of funds on a daily, weekly and monthly basis including checking accrued income and expenses. Provision of intra-NAV estimates to the Asset Managers/Clients when requested.
- Liaise with the fund administrator/s to reconcile final fund NAVs and monitor deliverables against service levels.
- Work with team members to develop and deliver client reporting, respond to client queries and assist the wider business where necessary
- Oversight of changes to incentive/performance fees, management fees, and any other fee structures in scope
- Responsible for the account setup and daily reconciliation of transactions ensuring accuracy of the entries generated.
- Responsible for service provider relationships including but not limited to, fund administration, loan administration, banking, auditors, valuation agents, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and monthly investor reports.
- Actively monitor risk by identifying trends and potential issues with operational controls to improve the control environment and drive efficiencies.
- Taking a proactive and innovative approach to enhancing processes and maintaining internal policies and procedures manuals.
- 0-3 years experience in accounting or audit experience e.g. Real Estate Debt, Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds

Purpose of role
Overall responsibility for investment content creation across a group of Man Group’s private credit funds.
The role requires developing a significant technical specialism in key private credit investment funds within Man’s Discretionary business area, so as to be able to credibly write, and present, investment content in a compelling and effective manner. These materials will need to be prepared on a regular basis for use with Man's institutional and retail client base.
A key element of the role will be to develop deep and credible relationships with the relevant private credit investment and CPM teams and to become a go-to source for Sales on the sub-set of funds covered. The successful applicant will be expected to produce high quality and professional materials quickly, efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a full range of investment collateral, including fund marketing (new product launch materials, monthly performance commentaries), technical content (questionnaire and client queries) and sales enablement content (meeting materials, investment outlooks, product updates)
- Shape compelling and differentiated product messaging to help position strategies competitively
- Provide ongoing technical expertise on a set of products to various internal and external stakeholders (including clients), acting as a subject matter expert
- Communicate on specific market events, performance updates, and product milestones
- Partner with the private credit portfolio management team, CPM, and other key stakeholders across the business so as to ensure content is impactful and of the highest quality
- Write webcasts and performance updates/educational videos to promote fund capabilities and offerings
- Identify opportunities and initiate projects where Investment Services can add value for the portfolio manager, sales force and wider business
- Ensure that the latest fund research, analysis and messaging is incorporated into all materials
- Act as an ambassador for IS internally and be a positive role model to junior members of the team
Qualifications
- Degree level education in a relevant discipline required. CFA, CAIA or IMC qualification is preferred although not essential
- 3-4 years’ Client Service or Content Creation experience within the industry and a solid understanding of the financial landscape investment management hedge fund space preferred
- Ability to work with senior members of sales and investment management to support sales priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in understanding institutional / retail client expectations and requirements
- Good organisational and time management skills. Ability to prioritise work effectively
- Ability to work independently within a team to meet demanding deadlines. Works comfortably in an entrepreneurial environment, seeks to continuously enhance own relevant skills

US Institutional Sales - Vice President/Director
This role is responsible for positioning Man's product suite with institutional investors across the United States.
- All aspects of the promotion and servicing of existing allocations in the entire range of Man's investment products and solutions
- Implementation of coverage strategy across the US and coordination with sales team activities for targeted clients
Specific Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and maintain effective professional relationships with key investment contacts among the institutional investor base (Pension Funds and Insurance companies) and financial institutions (Banks and Platforms)
- Structured management of designated accounts: this will involve prioritisation of accounts, research, prospecting through cold and warm calls, scheduling meetings and initiating discussions with prospects to identify their strategic and tactical aims and introducing possible investment solutions (including bespoke solutions) provided by Man Group; involve and engage senior colleagues and senior management in these discussions where appropriate; close on opportunities
- Contribute to the development of the overall institutional business development strategy and help to implement the direct sales strategy achieving personal sales target within the timescales set

The Team
Discretionary & Client Solutions Technology is ~35 engineers across London, New York, and Sofia, building the platforms that power Man Group's discretionary investment and client facing operations. We operate at high tempo — shipping multiple production releases weekly across portfolio analytics, fund data platforms, client reporting, data pipelines, dashboards, and AI tools.
We are one of the most active AI-adopting engineering teams in Man Group — building LLM-powered agents, research tools with vector search, and AI integrations that our portfolio managers and analysts use daily. You'll have the opportunity to shape how AI is integrated into investment workflows.
The Role
This is a senior engineering role sitting at the intersection of Man Group's Discretionary (public markets) and Solutions technology teams in New York. You will be the primary NY-based engineer supporting portfolio managers, analysts and quants functions across both business lines.
The role spans Python data pipelines and analytics platforms serving Discretionary investment teams — equities, credit, and alternatives — alongside Python systems powering Solutions' fund analytics, portfolio management, and reporting infrastructure. You'll work hands-on building and operating production systems while acting as the key technical liaison for NY-based stakeholders.

- Build, extend, and maintain Python data pipelines using Pandas, NumPy, and internal libraries
- Develop and enhance portfolio analytics, risk reporting, and fund data platforms
- Contribute to AI-powered tools for investment teams — research databases with vector search, AI integrations for portfolio managers and analysts
- Build and maintain FastAPI and Flask backends and React/TypeScript frontends using our shared component libraries
- Deploy services to Kubernetes; manage Airflow DAGs for scheduled data workloads
- Collaborate with London and Sofia-based engineers on cross-team initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement (20%)
- Serve as the primary technical contact for NY-based Discretionary and Solutions stakeholders
- Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage expectations
- Work directly with portfolio managers, analysts, and quants — understanding their workflows is as important as writing the code
Production Operations (10%)
- Own production stability for systems in your portfolio — investigate data quality issues, triage support requests, manage incident response

Key Competencies
Essential
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong delivery track record
- Strong Python: Well-tested, modular production code. Comfortable with dataclasses, type hints, OOP, design patterns
- Financial services experience — particularly portfolio management, risk, or investment operations
- Pandas/NumPy proficiency: Building efficient data pipelines and transformations at scale
- AI/LLM tooling — experience building with or integrating LLM-based tools. We're active early adopters of AI-assisted development and are building AI agents for our investment teams
- Solid testing discipline: pytest, unit tests, integration tests — you write tests as a matter of course
- Comfortable in a Linux environment with Git, virtual environments, and CLI tooling
- Strong communicator: You can explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders concisely, and you view stakeholder interaction as integral to good engineering — not overhead
- Self-directed: You manage your own priorities, flag blockers early, and drive work to completion with appropriate autonomy
- Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent practical experience

- React/TypeScript for frontend development
- Experience with web APIs: Building and consuming RESTful services (FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent)
- C#/.NET familiarity — some Solutions systems are built in .NET. You won't be the primary .NET engineer, but being able to read and navigate the codebase is valuable

Purpose of the role
We are looking for a Marketing Compliance Analyst to review and approve all communications to the public including, but not limited to, marketing materials, monthly reports, factsheets, request for proposals, due diligence questionnaires, website content and electronic communications.
Specific responsibilities
- Coordinate with various teams including investment management compliance, marketing, investment services, supervisory principal(s) and all applicable business units in order to timely review and approve all communications
- Ensure that all communications comply with applicable regulatory guidelines in accordance with SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, rules, laws and regulations
- Assist in the drafting of appropriate disclosures
- Assist with the compliance monitoring program relating to marketing materials, update policies and procedures and conduct periodic training with personnel
- Maintain the records of all approved materials as per SEC and FINRA recordkeeping rules and internal policies and procedures
- Work closely with the Compliance Team and assist in any other Compliance related functions and ad hoc projects

Key competencies
- 1-2 years of marketing compliance experience in an asset management firm

Position Summary
We are seeking a senior Analyst or junior Associate to join our residential debt investment team. The team is focused on sourcing, underwriting, and managing investments across non-owner occupied residential whole loans, lender finance facilities, and multifamily-focused direct mortgage lending. The role will be primarily focused on RTL whole loan underwriting. The candidate will play a key role in financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution across the platform.
Primary Functions & Responsibilities
- RTL Underwriting: Underwrite residential transition loan (RTL) whole loan pools and individual loan acquisitions, including detailed review of borrower profiles, property-level collateral, renovation budgets and timelines, leverage metrics, and originator track records. Assist in evaluating credit performance data across RTL portfolio to inform pricing decisions.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain detailed financial models, conduct collateral tape reviews, cash flow analysis, scenario modeling, and return analysis.
- Sourcing & Origination: Help cultivate and maintain relationships with RTL originators/aggregators and warehouse lenders. Assist in identifying and developing new investment opportunities across the team’s strategies.
- Due Diligence & Execution: Support due diligence workstreams including originator/borrower assessment, collateral analysis, coordination of third-party reports (legal, admin agents, servicers, appraisers, engineers, etc.), and legal documentation review. Prepare investment committee memoranda with clear articulation of risk, return, and relative value. Assist in structuring and closing of investments, including term sheet preparation, documentation negotiation, and commercial negotiation.
- Portfolio Management: Track loan-level and facility-level performance across the portfolio. Support active portfolio oversight, lead borrower/originator reviews, covenant monitoring, and workout/restructuring efforts as needed.
- Market Research: Develop a deep understanding of the RTL market by conducting research on residential housing, origination trends, and the competitive landscape to support sourcing and investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in residential mortgage credit, RTL origination/aggregation, structured finance, real estate debt, or asset-based lending.
- Direct experience underwriting RTL whole loans is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with whole loan trading or warehouse lending is a plus.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Python is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex investment ideas clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting.

Algo Research team is responsible for alpha research across a wide range of timescales (from high frequency up to ~48 hours), design of monetization/execution strategies and market impact modelling across all major asset classes (including Cash Equities, Futures, FX, options).

Position Responsibilities
We are seeking an Analyst to join our Portfolio Management group for a rapidly growing private credit asset manager. This individual’s main focus will be monitoring the performance of 15-20 portfolio companies and assisting deal-teams on assigned investments. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data maintained on an internal platform, the ongoing identification and analysis of portfolio risk trends, completing quarterly portfolio account and valuation updates, liaising with credit rating agencies to establish and maintain credit ratings, and facilitating investor reporting workflows. Purpose of the role
The purpose of this role is to positively position various Man products across the investment consulting channel. The focus will be on relationship management of US and Global investment consulting firms.
Specific responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective, professional relationships with research and field consultants and key stakeholders and influencers at assigned investment consulting firms and some financial intermediaries

The Team
Man Global Markets is responsible for all of Man Group’s execution, spanning all investment engines, asset classes, and regions. The High-Frequency Quantitative Research team, based in New York, is responsible for the research and development of low latency alphas and trading strategies and spearheading the development of Man Group’s proprietary execution algorithms. The team is responsible for full end to end trading strategy development and uses its own customized ML research and monetization infrastructure.

- Experience in linear and non-linear machine learning algorithms.
- Hands-on experience of working with large data sets.
- An interest in financial markets modelling and investing.
- A deep understanding of statistics and an ability to apply it to real-world problems.
- Intermediate skills in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Java, C, C++).
- The ability to communicate complicated ideas in a clear and concise manner.

The anticipated based salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation packages would also include benefits and a discretionary bonus. This is the base salary range that the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting based on the location and requirements of the position as well as the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant.
