Position Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a senior leader responsible for the financial strategy, governance, operational effectiveness, and enterprise performance of the organization. This role provides organization-wide oversight of financial planning, accounting, investment management, risk mitigation, and shared financial services. The CFO also serves as a strategic partner in driving organizational process improvement and enterprise-wide change management initiatives to strengthen efficiency, alignment, and long-term sustainability.
The CFO reports to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), is a member of the senior leadership team and partners closely with executives and Board-level committees. Position Summary

Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, or Leadership Development.
• 5+ years operating at an enterprise or national scope with senior level influence.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including oversight of instructional design resources.
• Demonstrated success building and institutionalizing leadership development strategies, learning programs, and talent systems.
Preferred
• Master's degree in organizational development, Human Resources, or related discipline.
• Certifications in coaching, change management, or assessment tools (e.g., Prosci, Hogan, Korn Ferry, EQ).
• Experience in national, global, nonprofit, or complex matrixed organizations.
