Job Summary
The Regional Director of Quality is a key operational and technical leader responsible for driving quality excellence across a defined multi-state region. This role ensures adherence to Loenbro’s Quality Management System (QMS), fosters continuous improvement, and provides hands-on support to field operations, fabrication, and project teams.
This director-level leader works closely with the VP of Quality, Regional Operations leadership, Safety, and project teams to ensure disciplined execution, compliance with customer and regulatory standards, and consistent application of quality processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical and operational insight—capable of connecting field activities, documentation, and inspection readiness with quality outcomes and customer expectations.

The Electrical Trainer is responsible for the design, delivery, coordination, and evaluation of electrical training programs in one or more states (AZ, CO, IA, MT, WY currently). You will play a key role in developing Loenbro’s craft workforce by delivering high-quality training, coaching, and technical development to apprentices and field professionals. This position prefers you have proficiency in both English and Latin American Spanish to meet the needs of a diverse workforce. In your role, you will apply your advanced electrical knowledge, professional judgment, curriculum planning, and independent decision-making to support Loenbro’s apprenticeship programs and workforce development strategy. The Bilingual Electrical Trainer will deliver technical instruction in both English and Latin American Spanish, oversees multi-state apprentice cohorts, evaluates employee performance, and ensures training programs meet internal and regulatory standards. This role functions as a subject matter expert, owns key training processes, and provides guidance that influences hiring, promotion, and progression decisions

Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the overall safety, quality, and profitability of the Area. Areas have a target revenue of $25MM - $100MM annually and include rough 150 – 300 air mile radius, which equates to 300-600 total air miles across. The Area Manager will drive diversification across end markets and townships within the Area and lead the cross-selling message with current and new customers. They support the effort of the Functional Services Groups to ensure standards are adhered to and necessary reporting and data are distributed within the Region and up to the Loenbro SLT.
