The Manager of Solution Specialists at Kaseya plays a critical leadership role within the Sales and Customer Success organization. You will lead a team of 6–10 Solution Specialists responsible for advising clients on Kaseya’s comprehensive IT and security solutions, supporting revenue generation, and ensuring successful product deployment.
You will be responsible for sales reporting, pipeline forecasting, and driving team performance to exceed quota. With a strong coaching mindset and solid technical understanding, you’ll enable your team to effectively position Kaseya’s product portfolio, deliver impactful demos, and support the full customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Coaching
- Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Specialists.
- Coach team members in discovery techniques, product presentation, technical validation, and closing strategies.
- Conduct regular 1:1s and team training to drive accountability and growth.
- Establish a culture of learning, performance, and collaboration.
Sales & Technical Execution
- Guide the team in providing expert guidance on Kaseya’s IT security solutions, supporting both sales and customer success motions.
- Monitor and manage individual and team quotas, ensuring attainment through sound pipeline management and execution.
- Participate in deal strategy and provide support on high-impact or complex opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Reporting & Forecasting
- Own team forecasting and provide weekly updates to leadership with clear insights into performance and pipeline health.
- Leverage Salesforce and other tools to analyze metrics, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
Required Experience & Technical Criteria
- 3+ years in sales leadership or assisted sales leadership
- 3+ years in SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT services environments
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Working knowledge of IT security solutions, including backup, RMM, endpoint protection, and compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR, PCI, NIST)
Preferred Experience
- Demonstrated achievement against revenue targets
- Experience leading or contributing to a team achieving revenue targets and KPIs
- Experience delivering product demos and handling sales objections
- Ability to coach or support consultative selling practices
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Self-starter with ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required where relevant experience is demonstrated.
