Position Overview
● Assisting students to complete - On boarding formalities Welcoming each student on call before the batch start date.
● Tracking individual student progress for multiple cohorts as they move through IK’s program and maximize completion rates.
● Keeping dropouts and deferrals to a minimum by offering additional guidance & support.
● Getting reviews and referrals from students. Work closely with all the internal teams to continuously improve the learning experience Maintaining daily trackers, comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM etc.
● Communicating to students via calls, email, direct message, video, or a mix of communication strategies.
● Mentoring & motivating students and connecting them to guidance coaches and career coaches as and when required.
● Serve as the single point of contact for all students queries and concerns
Requirements
● 2-7 years of experience in customer success, customer service, sales, and/or other customer-facing role.
● Experience building out and tracking information in Excel and/or data collection.
● Experience working in operations, performance coaching, and/or program management is a plus.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Business Management and Information Systems (OMIS), or other degree in a related field is a plus & Available to work evenings PST with some morning meetings PST (US Hours)

Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and proactive HR professional to join our HRBP team and play a key role in enhancing the employee experience. As a Sr. Associate, HRBP, you will be the first line of support for employees across their life cycle, ensuring smooth processes, timely resolution of concerns, and active contribution to building a high-engagement, productive culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in people interactions, enjoys solving day-to-day challenges, and is eager to learn and grow into a strategic HRBP role.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage employee touchpoints across the lifecycle (pre-boarding, onboarding, engagement, exits), ensuring seamless experiences.
● Partner with the Manager, HRBP and business leaders to strengthen employee relationships, foster morale, and enhance overall engagement.
● Conduct regular connects and 1:1s with employees to capture pulse, resolve immediate concerns, and escalate concerns as needed.
● Drive execution of engagement initiatives, conduct R&R programs, and assist with other culture-building activities.
● Handle and support ad hoc tasks and backend operational work, ensuring timely completion and smooth coordination across teams.
● Maintain accurate HR documentation and data, ensuring compliance and process consistency.
● Share insights with the Manager, HRBP from employee interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.
