About the role:
As an HR Associate, you will respond to a high-volume of Care Pro inquiries across the employee lifecycle, including employment status changes, payroll and benefits, records keeping, policies and process, and maintaining compliance with government labor laws and regulations. This is a highly operational role that will require you to draw from your foundational knowledge of HR best practices to resolve inquiries and issues while delivering exceptional service and adhering to employment laws and best practices. This role requires a hands-on approach in investigating and resolving Care Pro (CP) complaints, identifying trends, and driving improvements in HR processes. About the Role:
As Counsel, Litigation & Risk Management, you will help lead the company’s response to employment- related and operational disputes, and help proactively manage legal risk across a large, multi-state care network. You will partner closely with both HQ and Care operations teams to address pre-litigation disputes and litigation, provide practical advice on employment and compliance issues, and build scalable processes that reduce risk and support compliant growth.
This role is critical to ensuring that Honor navigates an increasingly complex regulatory and litigation landscape while continuing to operate efficiently and compassionately at scale. About the Role
The Network Innovation Office (NIO) exists to identify, validate, and scale new capabilities across the Home Instead franchise network. We serve as the proving ground and catalyst for growth initiatives - vetting what comes in, managing how it gets tested, and determining what earns the right to scale. Our work spans pilot design and management, strategic partnerships, vendor approvals, change management, and cross-functional coordination to maximize network adoption and successful utilization of vetted internal products.
As a Network Innovation Lead, you will be the operational backbone of this pipeline. You will project-manage pilots end-to-end, build the analytical frameworks that determine whether a pilot succeeds or fails, and own the transition of validated pilots into scaled programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, franchise owners, vendors, corporate partners, and senior leadership to ensure that what we test is rigorous, what we learn is documented, and what initiatives that lead to growth get deployed.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure where none exists, is energized by turning data into decisions, and has experience executing successfully designed pilot initiatives. You should be comfortable operating at both the strategic level (framing a pilot thesis, presenting results to senior leadership) and the tactical level (building a tracker, QA-ing vendor data, writing a process doc).
This role requires availability during general company working hours but specific start and stop times are flexible based on geographical location. Occasional travel is required for key quarterly, semi-annual, and annual events including regional meetings and franchise owner conferences.

The Network Innovation Office sits within the broader franchise management organization and serves as the testing ground for new growth strategies, partnerships, and operational improvements before they reach the wider network. The team partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Franchise Business Consultants, Legal, Engineering, and external vendors. As a Network Innovation Lead, You Will
Own pilot execution end-to-end: Manage the full lifecycle of innovation pilots from design and scoping to franchisee recruitment through launch, monitoring, evaluation, and close-out. Build and maintain project plans, RACI matrices, risk logs, and stakeholder communication cadences.
Build and apply analytical frameworks: Define success metrics and KPIs for each pilot. Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to determine whether pilots meet thresholds for scale. Produce clear, decision-ready readouts for leadership.
Drive the pilot-to-scale transition: For pilots that demonstrate success, develop rollout plans including phasing, change management requirements, training needs, vendor contract considerations, and network communication strategies.
Manage the innovation intake and evaluation process: Operate the NIO’s tiered intake framework, scoring incoming ideas and vendor proposals against strategic criteria and making go/no-go recommendations.
Partner with vendors and external stakeholders: Serve as the primary project management point of contact for vendor and other corporate partners during pilots (e.g., strategic partnership pilots). Coordinate deliverables, timelines, data sharing, and issue resolution.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Marketing, Sales, Franchise Business Consultants, Legal, Engineering and other HQ teams to align pilot design with broader network priorities and ensure field insights inform enterprise decision-making.

About the Role:
As a Business Development Advisor for Honor in our Northern California market, you are the single-threaded owner of referral demand generation within your territory. This is an individual contributor (IC) role with full ownership of a defined referral portfolio.

About the Role:
As a Business Development Advisor for Honor in the Omaha, Nebraska market, you are the single-threaded owner of referral demand generation within your territory. This is an individual contributor (IC) role with full ownership of a defined referral portfolio.
You build and grow durable, trust-based partnerships with healthcare and community referral sources that drive consistent, repeat client volume over time. Acting as a consultative partner, you help referrers understand Home Instead’s value proposition, align it to their mission, and simplify the process of referring clients.
Success requires the ability to mobilize referral partners, create urgency, and sustain momentum across complex healthcare environments.
While primarily accountable for referral demand generation, this role extends beyond traditional referral sales. Supporting in-home consultations, care starts, and occasional after-hours needs is an intentional part of strengthening referral relationships and building credibility with partners and families. Success requires flexibility, sound judgment, and resilience.
You’ll be part of a mission-driven team in a high-demand sector, with unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions in a meritocratic culture that rewards performance.
This role requires ~75% travel within the Greater Omaha Metropolitan Area. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commission, with an expected OTE of $110,000.

About the Role:
Franchise Business Consultants (FBC) are the primary liaison between the company and the Home Instead network, providing consultancy to franchisees while continuing to protect and further the brand. FBCs play a pivotal role in delivering real-time coaching, data-driven descriptive action plans, and overseeing franchisees’ accountability and growth objectives.
As a Senior Franchise Business Consultant, you will serve as a strategic consultant to franchisees— leveraging data, insight, and coaching to drive business performance, operational excellence, and execution — helping the company accelerate growth and build a modern, performance-based franchise system, while expanding your impact as a trusted partner to franchisees.
This role requires availability during general company working hours but specific start and stop times are flexible based on geographical location. Individuals are expected to manage their calendar and daily schedules, and Franchisees do not have input or access to FBC calendars.
Additionally, this role requires occasional travel and attendance, as requested, at key quarterly, semi-annual and annual events including regional meetings and franchise owner conference. Finally, in this position individuals spend approximately 65% of the time engaging directly with franchisees in their assigned book of business.

The annual base salary range for this role is $142,200- $158,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.

As Territory Manager, you will act as the market leader for your territory—owning growth, day-to-day operations, and overall P&L performance within Honor’s Owned & Operated business.
This role builds on an existing foundation in the market, with the opportunity to further strengthen performance, deepen community presence, and unlock the next phase of growth.
This is a highly hands-on, player/coach role that begins as an individual contributor with full ownership of the market. You will lead from the front—personally driving field sales, building local referral relationships, and owning operational execution—while laying the foundation to hire, coach, and scale a high-performing team over time.
You will step into a lean market environment where you are expected to take full ownership of outcomes, working alongside and influencing existing partners and cross-functional stakeholders while setting a high bar for performance, accountability, and client experience. As the market grows, you will play a key role in building and developing the local team.
Beyond your local market, you will help shape scalable operating playbooks, test new initiatives, and share insights that influence how Honor and Home Instead deliver care across O&O markets.
The ability to run and scale a market is one of the most valuable capabilities within Honor. Leaders who excel in this role are well-positioned to expand their scope within their territory, take on broader O&O leadership opportunities, and contribute to emerging business initiatives over time.
