Hometap is seeking a process-oriented and technically fluent Senior Product Manager to drive material value to our Underwriting decision-making and Operations teams. Reporting to the Platform Team’s Head of Product, you'll work cross-functionally to ideate, evaluate, and deliver impactful improvements to our Originations processes and the systems that power them. You are a systems thinker with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, who appreciates the human factors in technology and process.

Who you are:
We are seeking a Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead Hometap’s corporate accounting function. This role is part of the Finance department and reports directly to the Controller.
You’re a great fit for this role if you have strong experience leading all aspects of a company’s accounting, financial reporting, and related processes, are highly detail-oriented, and take initiative in identifying and resolving issues before they escalate. You thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality, and you’re energized by working cross-functionally to help business partners make better, faster use of financial information.
The Manager, Corporate Accounting will work closely with the Strategic Finance team in support of planning and budgeting, and will partner regularly with our Fund Accounting and Capital Markets Operations teams to ensure that related party transactions are captured accurately across all entities. Strong cross-functional communication and the ability to effectively prioritize competing demands are essential to success in this role.

Who you are:
Search is our highest-intent, highest-volume customer acquisition channel, and we’re looking for the person to take it to its next level. As Senior Manager, Search Marketing, you’ll own Hometap’s paid search program end-to-end across Google and Bing, managing a program in the $10–30M range with a clear mandate to scale efficiently and responsibly.
You are a hands-on paid search expert who thrives on ownership — you’re in the platforms, you drive the strategy, and you hold yourself personally accountable for performance. You combine deep technical fluency with strong analytical instincts, and you know how to turn data into decisions that improve CPL, conversion rate, and business outcomes.
Hometap is in many ways still a category-building exercise — most homeowners don’t know a home equity investment exists yet, and search is a key part of how we introduce the concept and create demand. You’ll need to think simultaneously like a performance marketer (efficiency, measurement, scale) and a category architect (how do we capture and create demand for something consumers are still learning about?).
You're energized by the opportunity to build. You work well across Growth, Brand/Creative, and Product, communicate performance clearly to leadership, and show up to cross-functional conversations with a real perspective to share.

We are expanding from a single-product company to a multi-product company and have lots of ideas in the pipeline about how to do that, as well as many that this role would be responsible for generating and validating as big opportunities to pursue.
This is a zero-to-one role. You will be the first dedicated lead on new product development, operating with a small, high-leverage team and significant executive visibility. You won't be handed a roadmap; you'll build it through rigorous discovery, rapid prototyping, and disciplined validation
