In this role, you will be responsible for generating top of the funnel leads in addition to building foundational processes and strategies to the commercial sales team. This role is for someone who wants to own the technical win. As a Solutions Engineer (EMEA) at Hightouch, you will partner with your Account Executives to drive the full technical sales motion from deep discovery and architectural solutioning to tailored product demonstrations and rigorous technical validation. This is our first dedicated security hire, and it's a rare chance to define the function from the ground up. You'll own Hightouch's application security posture end-to-end. We have strong engineering fundamentals and a solid foundation; now you'll shape what security looks like here as we scale from 70 to 140+ engineers.

We’re looking for a talented, curious, and motivated engineering manager to lead our engineering team that manages our 300+ destination integrations. This role would involve a mix of leadership and hands-on engineering.
Destination integrations are at the heart of Hightouch’s products. Every single Hightouch customer, from early adopters of our Agentic Marking Platform to customers running tens of thousands of syncs a day at scale, rely on these integrations to send their data to destinations like CRMs, advertising platforms, analytics engines, and more.

We're looking for a Senior Copywriter who is, above all else, genuinely phenomenal with words: clever, precise, and able to write copy that makes people stop in their tracks.
