This position will be based in India and work closely with the Global Healthcare Insights team.

Location -  Pune (Hybrid)

Content Creation and Research Coverage:

• Monitor a coverage universe of public and private companies within the Medtech, Lifesciences tools and Healthcare Services sector. .
• Track key industry trends, material news flows, earnings releases, investor presentations, research in key coverage markets.
• Identify and maintain a robust pipeline of company and industry specific topics — generate original ideas for discussion, covering business updates, event studies, channel checks, hot topics and other investment narratives
• Create and moderate teleconferences on the pipeline featuring an expert from Guidepoint’s network with the goal of producing actionable insights for clients
• Review teleconference transcripts to ensure quality of content. Summarize key discussion points

Process Management:

• Ensure Guidepoint compliance policies and protocols are adhered to
• Exhibit ‘ownership’ for the call by vetting experts’ relevance to Insights Teleconferences and ensuring their profiles’ accuracy.
• Work with research teams to identify and recruit additional industry experts to our Expert Network; Manage and further develop relationships with both experts and clients

WHAT YOU HAVE: 

• PhD or Masters degree in STEM or Life Sciences (Advanced Degrees preferred or equivalent experience)
• Min +3 years of preferred work experience at a financial services, consulting or research firm with a focus on EMEA Medtech, Lifesciences tools and Healthcare Services.
• Understanding of the institutional buy-side / sell-side research and investing workflows
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment; Effective time management and organizational skills
• Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn

What You'll Do:

• Within the MedTech and Healthcare Services coverage universe, you will monitor clinical data releases, earnings reports, and product launches to create timely, topical, and actionable content for Guidepoint’s Healthcare clients
• Moderate teleconferences focused on subsectors such as Animal Health, Cardiology, Dental, Drug Discovery and Simulation, Healthcare Facilities, Healthcare IT, and Staffing

What We Offer:

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000-100,000. The base salary for the successful candidate may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the Insights team to execute teleconferences that will cover a wide range of sectors including tech/media/telecom, consumer, industrials/materials/energy, healthcare and financials
• Proactively monitor pipeline of upcoming call topics so experts can be identified or selected 1-2 weeks before scheduled call date
• Utilize the phone, LinkedIn, and outreach to recruit new Advisors to join the Guidepoint network and communicate with potential experts to answer questions or discuss/verify their credentials
• Recruit new advisors to join the Guidepoint network, using a variety of outreach tools and resources provided. Communicate with potential experts via phone to answer questions or discuss/verify their credentials
• Develop effective screening criteria for experts to test knowledge of subject matter; Review responses to screening questions from experts to gauge sufficient knowledge of subject matter
• Finalize scheduling and call logistics details directly with experts

What You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic record is required
• 1-2 years of work experience in pre-sales/ sales/ client service/ customer support/ BPO/ lead generation
• Prior experience in cold calling and sending cold emails, generating leads would be great
• Ability to work in US Shift hours (5pm to 2am IST)

Play a vital role in Guidepoint’s success.

Guidepoint is seeking an entrepreneurial and outgoing individual to spearhead coverage of our Insights expert call and transcript library product for our Corporate Healthcare client base. As a liaison for our clients and salespeople, you will play a pivotal role in driving engagement and revenue growth within the rapidly expanding Insights product line. Leveraging your exceptional CRM skills, effective organization, and keen attention to detail, you will collaborate cross-functionally to maximize usage of our offering among our active trials and current subscribing clients. Overview

Guidepoint is launching a centralized Centre for Expert Acquisition (CEA) team to build and scale expert coverage across priority sectors, particularly within Private Markets.

This team will operate differently from traditional recruiting.   • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to engage and convert qualified advisors.
  • Develop and refine screening questions to assess subject matter credibility and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Partner closely with moderators to align on advisor profile, vetting criteria, and urgency.
  • Troubleshoot scheduling challenges and ensure smooth handoff to operations for call logistics.

Leadership & Team Management

• Directly manage 2–3 Research Associates working across APAC/EMEA/US hours
  • Drive daily execution discipline including outreach volume, pipeline tracking, and response management.
  • Review screening quality and advisor selection to maintain content standards.
  • Monitor key metrics such as outreach-to-response rate, shortlist-to-confirm rate, and confirmed-to-completed call yield.
  • Provide structured coaching on messaging, phone approach, objection handling, and senior-level engagement.
  • Identify performance gaps early and implement corrective action plans.
  • Standardize best practices across sourcing, CRM usage, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely communication and transparency with US moderator teams.

What You Have: 

• 2-4 years of professional experience in recruiting, lead generation, inside sales, research operations, or client service.
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach (cold calling and cold emailing).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence engaging senior professionals.
  • Ability to work in any of the following shifts APAC, EMEA, US (8.5 hours either starting 9 AM – 5 30 PM, or 5 PM to 1 30 AM IST)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
  • Data-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and improve conversion rates.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
