About the Role:

Glean is seeking a Corporate Account Executive to help high‑growth companies become truly AI‑native. As a quota‑carrying AE, you’ll run full‑cycle deals in the 50–300 employee segment, driving net‑new logos and expansion for our Work AI platform that combines enterprise search, an AI assistant, and powerful agents in a single experience. You’ll partner closely with SDRs, SEs, and sales leadership to build pipeline, run sharp discovery, and close repeatable, multi‑stakeholder SaaS deals.

You will:

Source and close net new logos within a given territory
Have the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions
Research and understand the business objectives of your customers and have the ability to perform a value drive sales cycle
Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success
You will consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and drive success through a metric based approach
Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings
Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions
Create ROI and business justification reports based off of a data driven approach
Run tight POCs based off of business success criteria

About you:

2+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of being a top performer
Ability to learn, pitch and demonstrate a highly technical product and have the ability to adapt in a fast growing and changing environment
Have clear examples of deals closing you have been directly involved in
Effectively use a repeatable method for uncovering greenfield opportunities and building out a new territory
Previous experience building relationships and selling face to face to C level executives
Knowledge of best of breed softwares and a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security and analytics
Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud based software solutions
Basic understanding of search infrastructure is a plus
You have previous experience working with multiple teammates including SEs, BDRs, PMs, Executives & Engineers
Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and using MEDDPIC and Challenger (or similar) methodologies is a plus.

This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our NYC office)

Compensation & Benefits:

The standard OTE range for this position is $165,000 - $185,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

About the Role:

Glean is seeking a Commercial Account Executive who will drive new business and growth within commercial and mid-market-sized prospects by developing tailored strategies to break into and expand these accounts. Create and maintain customer-specific runbooks and knowledge articles

About the Role:

Partner with executive sponsors and end users to identify high‑impact use cases and turn them into measurable business outcomes on Glean.
Lead strategic reviews and advise customers on their AI roadmap, ensuring they get the most value from Glean’s platform.
Translate business needs into clear problem statements, success metrics, and practical AI solutions; collaborate with Product and R&D to shape priorities.
Conduct discovery workshops, scope pilots, and guide rollouts, driving breadth and depth of adoption of the Glean platform.
Design and build AI agents with and for customers, including rethinking and redesigning underlying business processes to maximize impact and usability.
Proactively identify expansion opportunities and drive engagement across teams and functions.

About you:

5+ years of professional experience in roles that blend business and technology (e.g., product, analytics, data, engineering, solutions), with a consultative, customer‑facing approach.
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills; comfortable working with stakeholders from ICs to executives and tailoring messages to different audiences.
Demonstrated ability to craft effective prompts and guide AI agents for real customer or business workflows; you’ve shipped outcomes, not just demos.
Understanding of what current LLMs can and cannot do; able to set expectations and steer towards reliable, safe, cost‑effective solutions.
Product sense and user empathy—you can spot high‑value applications of AI across diverse job functions and design clear, guided experiences.

About the Role:

You will:

Own the proactive and reactive support for Glean customers by prioritizing issues for your designated customer(s)
Meet with your assigned customers regularly to review issues and develop resolution plans and drive continuous improvement in how you and your Glean teammates provide support to them

Create and maintain customer-specific runbooks and knowledge articles

Drive key improvement projects that will improve the scale and efficiency of support, while providing upgrades to the customers’ support experience
Coordinate all support activities with your assigned customer(s), which may include more stringent access and security processes, ensuring you move with high urgency for their issues.
Represent the unique needs of your assigned customer(s) with respect to product and security improvements that will improve the customer support experience

About the Role:

Glean is seeking a Private Equity Partnerships Manager to build and scale our ecosystem with leading private equity and investment firms. In this role, you will own relationships with top sponsors and drive adoption of Glean across their portfolios, sitting at the intersection of PE, AI, and enterprise transformation.

You’ll structure and manage portfolio‑wide commercial frameworks, oversee deployment motions across PortCos, and ensure Glean delivers measurable EBITDA and enterprise value impact for PE‑backed businesses. This is a manager‑level, quota‑carrying role within Partnerships, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

You are fluent in PE economics, comfortable navigating multi‑stakeholder environments across funds and PortCos, and able to manage AI value‑creation plays from term sheet through exit. Success is measured by converting PE partnerships into live deployments, pipeline, and revenue across your sponsors.

You will:

Drive PE partnership strategy & deal management
- Structure, negotiate, and execute PE partnership agreements (preferred pricing, portfolio‑wide frameworks, lighthouse PortCo plays).
- Draft reusable cross‑portfolio pricing and partnership agreements with Legal, Finance, and RevOps.
- Coordinate internal approvals and external sign‑off with GP leadership, operating partners, and PortCo executives.

- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and partners to meet quality, security, and timeline expectations.
- Track and communicate deployment metrics (adoption, usage, revenue/cost/EBITDA impact) to sponsors and management teams.
Revenue, pipeline & program performance
- Own pipeline development and revenue targets for assigned sponsors.
- Maintain a rolling forecast of opportunities across portfolios (sourced and influenced).
- Work with AEs to map portfolios, track activity, and prioritize accounts by sponsor focus, AI readiness, and value potential.
- Ensure clean partner/opportunity data in CRM and build dashboards for PE‑sourced/influenced pipeline, ARR, coverage, and velocity.
- Surface insights and recommendations to improve motions, offers, and enablement.
Enablement & cross‑functional coordination
- Build and update concise enablement assets (one‑pagers, decks, FAQs, playbooks) for sponsors and PortCos.
- Develop case studies and portfolio‑level proof points; run enablement sessions and workshops to drive adoption.
- Design and execute programmatic engagement (fireside chats, webinars, roundtables, dinners) with PE and PortCo execs.
Partner with Sales and Enablement on portfolio‑wide sessions and briefings.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Security, RevOps, and Customer Success to move deals forward and feed learnings into the roadmap.
- Coordinate with SI / implementation partners on joint delivery, ensuring aligned messaging and execution.

About you:

Experience
- 5–10+ years in enterprise SaaS and/or fintech across partnerships, BD, sales, PE‑backed operating roles, or management consulting serving PE clients.
- Direct experience with technology partnerships with PE sponsors or multi‑entity / portfolio structures strongly preferred.
- Proven track record working with sales to drive pipeline and revenue (co‑sell, partner‑sourced deals, complex accounts).

About the Role:

About the Role:

Glean is looking for a talented Designated Technical Support Engineer to join our rapidly expanding, venture-backed startup. We are building a modern knowledge assistant personalized to every employee in your organization, making all information within your company accessible, contextual, and fresh. As a trusted technical resource to the customer, you will provide both proactive and reactive support to our growing customer base. By providing the highest level of service to our customers, you will ensure our customer experience is the best in the industry.

You will:

Own the proactive and reactive support for Glean customers by prioritizing issues for your designated customer(s)
Meet with your assigned customers regularly to review issues and develop resolution plans and drive continuous improvement in how you and your Glean teammates provide support to them
Be available to your assigned customers via collaborative communication channels consistently to ensure you are providing timely responses and updates on issues
Create and maintain customer-specific runbooks and knowledge articles
Provide first response, technical troubleshooting, resolution, and follow-through of customer issues and inquiries
Assist customers in the configuration, set-up, and verification of new content sources and product features to enable them to realize additional value for their users
Educate customers on the use of Glean product features
Identify system and user health issues, then create and execute remediation plans while coordinating and updating the customer accordingly
Handle customer-impacting alerts which require coordination with customer admin and system resources through resolution
Work closely with teams across Glean to drive product, process, and service improvements
Drive key improvement projects that will improve the scale and efficiency of support, while providing upgrades to the customers’ support experience
Coordinate all support activities with your assigned customer(s), which may include more stringent access and security processes, ensuring you move with high urgency for their issues.
Represent the unique needs of your assigned customer(s) with respect to product and security improvements that will improve the customer support experience
Please note that this role will be dedicated to select customers and requires additional background screenings/clearances/training/certification, carry & use of customer-provided equipment, and extended on-call shift timing based on customer contractual obligations.

Key knowledge and skills required:
- Must-haves:
  - Problem solving: technical problem-solving skills including the ability to troubleshoot and isolate issues to their root cause
  - Ability to debug issues including searching & reading application logs, analyzing stack traces and browser trace files
  - Experience in at least one of the following disciplines: Customer Solutions Engineering, Support Engineering, Professional Services
  - Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Search technologies, Knowledge technologies, SaaS-based system integrations
  - Experience with Cloud technologies in at least one of the following: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure
  - Must have experience in troubleshooting REST API issues
  - Working experience on SSO, SAML, and OAuth along with network troubleshooting
  - Able to fully document issues you manage and contribute to the support knowledge base
- Good-to-haves:
  - Knowledge of SQL/database, Basic Kubernetes, Intermediate/Advanced Linux
  - Experience in using Github, Jira & Confluence
  - Basic knowledge of LLM’s and how GPT works

Location:

This role is hybrid (4 days a week in one of our SF Bay Area offices)

Compensation & Benefits:

The standard base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $190,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
