About the Role:

Glean is seeking a talented AI Outcomes Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. The AI Outcomes Manager will play a crucial role in transforming how every department works, with the power of Glean. They will work closely with executives and end users, combining business acumen, product sense, and prompting skills to help them transform into an AI-native enterprise.

You will:

Partner with executive sponsors and end users to identify high‑impact use cases and turn them into measurable business outcomes on Glean.
Lead strategic reviews and advise customers on their AI roadmap, ensuring they get the most value from Glean’s platform.
Translate business needs into clear problem statements, success metrics, and practical AI solutions; collaborate with Product and R&D to shape priorities.
Conduct discovery workshops, scope pilots, and guide rollouts, driving breadth and depth of adoption of the Glean platform.
Design and build AI agents with and for customers, including rethinking and redesigning underlying business processes to maximize impact and usability.
Proactively identify expansion opportunities and drive engagement across teams and functions.

About you:

5+ years of professional experience in roles that blend business and technology (e.g., product, analytics, data, engineering, solutions), with a consultative, customer‑facing approach.
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills; comfortable working with stakeholders from ICs to executives and tailoring messages to different audiences.
Demonstrated ability to craft effective prompts and guide AI agents for real customer or business workflows; you’ve shipped outcomes, not just demos.
Understanding of what current LLMs can and cannot do; able to set expectations and steer towards reliable, safe, cost‑effective solutions.
Product sense and user empathy—you can spot high‑value applications of AI across diverse job functions and design clear, guided experiences.
Hands‑on experience with modern AI platforms and tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Cohere or similar), with enough technical depth to work with engineers without needing to be on the critical path for writing production code.
Fluent in English and Portugese.
Good to have:
- Prior experience in customer‑facing, consultative roles (solutions, support, product management) and comfort presenting to senior leaders.
- Exposure to evaluating AI outcomes (e.g., defining success criteria, using sample tasks, reviewing results) and iterating for quality, latency, and cost.
- Ability to analyze usage signals and customer feedback to inform roadmap and drive adoption.

About the Role:

Glean is seeking a talented Solutions Architect (SA) to join our rapidly expanding, venture-backed startup. Glean is the Work AI platform — powering intelligent search, AI assistants, and scalable AI agents for the world's largest enterprises. Join our hard-working team and elevate your career. This is not a traditional SA role where you build slide decks. You will write code, build working prototypes, and ship real integrations alongside the customers who use them. If you love toggling between building something technical and advising a customer on how to deploy it, this role is for you.

You will be the primary technical advisor to our customers post-sale, focusing on our Enterprise and Strategic segment, where the architecture and integration demands are high. You will guide customers through their architecture, design, and implementation of Glean within their enterprise environment — and you will build alongside them, not just advise.

You will:

Establish and maintain your role as the customer's primary technical advisor. Think of yourself as the CTO of the customer relationship.
Build working prototypes, tools, and integrations using Glean APIs (Indexing, Search, Chat), RAG workflows, MCP tools, and agent frameworks — directly with and for customers.
Onboard new data sources and implement custom integrations of Glean into customer work environments and business application architectures.
Identify and drive expansion opportunities — including AI assistants, agents, and API-driven applications — within each customer's architecture.
Provide training and guidance to customer technical resources to enable them to manage, support, and extend Glean in their environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for your assigned customers, from log analysis to end-to-end transaction tracing.
Work with Product Management and Engineering to drive product improvements based on patterns you observe across customer engagements.

About you:

6 to 10 years of experience in Solutions Architect, or related roles.

Interpersonal skills:

Communication: professional presentation and interaction skills with both customers and internal teams. Able to explain complex AI and integration concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Project planning: plan and execute the implementation of customer projects.
Self-motivated: a proactive approach to delivering service to customers.

API and custom data integration experience in a Hybrid or SaaS environment. Experience with Indexing, Search, or Chat APIs is a plus.
Familiarity with AI developer tooling such as LangChain, vector databases, or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Technical debugging: log analysis, code analysis, end-to-end transaction tracing.
Networking expertise: a deep understanding of networking, including cloud and on-premise networking.
Experience in at least two of the following disciplines: Software Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Post-Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Developer Relations, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Technical Customer Delivery.
Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies in at least one of the following: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.
Security and audit experience: able to fully understand the technical and audit framework of the product and represent it with customer security and audit stakeholders.

AI fluency:

About the Role:

Glean is seeking a leader of our AIOM (AI Outcomes Manger) team. The AIOMs are responsible for ensuring that our customers’ end-users successfully adopt and derive meaningful, measurable value from Glean’s AI solutions. The AIOMs perform the following types of activities: End-user training enablement (company and function sessions, search, chat and agent content), prompt and agent advisory/building and value realization. Manage the employee lifecycle for a team of AI Outcomes Managers to drive high-impact customer enablement, advisory/building on our platform and business value realization with Glean’s products.
Develop a set of Glean prescriptive adoption playbooks including codifying a set of standard process, templates and assets to drive delivery consistency with our customers
Engage with executive sponsors and business stakeholders across priority accounts
Partner cross-functionally with the other leaders of the customer organization including: Solution Architects, Delivery Excellence Managers and Support to ensure Glean is providing a seamless customer journey to our customers
Synthesize feedback and business insights from the field, influence Glean’s product roadmap, and collaborate with Product and R&D to shape new features and agent capabilities
Design, implement, and report on metrics for the AIOM team demonstrating ROI, adoption, and transformation progress for customers

About you:

Compensation & Benefits:

About the Role:

The AIOMs perform the following types of activities: End-user training enablement (company and function sessions, search, chat and agent content), prompt and agent advisory/building and value realization. Ultimately, the AIOMs are responsible for breadth and depth of end-user engagement across our product suite.

You will:

Manage the employee lifecycle for a team of AI Outcomes Managers to drive high-impact customer enablement, advisory/building on our platform and business value realization with Glean’s products.
Develop a set of Glean prescriptive adoption playbooks including codifying a set of standard process, templates and assets to drive delivery consistency with our customers
Engage with executive sponsors and business stakeholders across priority accounts
Partner cross-functionally with the other leaders of the customer organization including: Solution Architects, Delivery Excellence Managers and Support to ensure Glean is providing a seamless customer journey to our customers
Synthesize feedback and business insights from the field, influence Glean’s product roadmap, and collaborate with Product and R&D to shape new features and agent capabilities
Design, implement, and report on metrics for the AIOM team demonstrating ROI, adoption, and transformation progress for customers
Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert on AI outcomes and user transformation; evangelize best practices internally and externally.

About you:

4+ years of experience in customer-facing, consultative roles (e.g., management consulting, customer success, business transformation, product management, solutions consulting) with an AI/data/enterprise SaaS company.
2+ years of leadership experience and demonstrated ability to scale teams and drive business transformation through technology adoption, ideally in a post-sale capacity
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, from executives to end users.
Strong data fluency; comfortable with adoption/ROI metrics and business KPIs.
Consultative, creative, and motivated mindset—excited about helping organizations rethink business processes and work styles with AI.

About the Role:

Glean is seeking a leader of our AIOM (AI Outcomes Manger) team. The AIOMs are responsible for ensuring that our customers’ end-users successfully adopt and derive meaningful, measurable value from Glean’s AI solutions. The AIOMs perform the following types of activities: End-user training enablement (company and function sessions, search, chat and agent content), prompt and agent advisory/building and value realization. Ultimately, the AIOMs are responsible for breadth and depth of end-user engagement across our product suite.

You will:

Manage the employee lifecycle for a team of AI Outcomes Managers to drive high-impact customer enablement, advisory/building on our platform and business value realization with Glean’s products.
Develop a set of Glean prescriptive adoption playbooks including codifying a set of standard process, templates and assets to drive delivery consistency with our customers
Engage with executive sponsors and business stakeholders across priority accounts
Partner cross-functionally with the other leaders of the customer organization including: Solution Architects, Delivery Excellence Managers and Support to ensure Glean is providing a seamless customer journey to our customers
Synthesize feedback and business insights from the field, influence Glean’s product roadmap, and collaborate with Product and R&D to shape new features and agent capabilities
Design, implement, and report on metrics for the AIOM team demonstrating ROI, adoption, and transformation progress for customers
Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert on AI outcomes and user transformation; evangelize best practices internally and externally.

About you:

4+ years of experience in customer-facing, consultative roles (e.g., management consulting, customer success, business transformation, product management, solutions consulting) with an AI/data/enterprise SaaS company.

About the Role:

As a Delivery Excellence Manager (DEM), you will lead and orchestrate successful implementations and long-term customer engagements, making our customers wildly successful.
