This role is remote and requires occasional travel to any FreedomCare location nationally when necessary.  

Department & Position Overview:

As we scale, we’re focused on improving how work gets done across operations and service delivery.  AI will play a key role in reducing manual effort, improving decision making, and driving more consistent outcomes across these workflows.  FreedomCare is a healthcare organization operating in a highly regulated environment, how we design and apply AI must also align with compliance, accuracy, and auditability requirements.  We’re looking for a highly technical individual contributor to own how AI is applied across the business.  

The AI Prompt Engineer will focus on designing, building and optimizing prompts, agents and AI driven workflows implemented at the company.  You will work across teams to integrate AI into real business processes to streamline processes, improve output quality, and reduce operational friction.  This hands-on role is expected to both build and improve solutions.  

Everyday You Will: 

Apply AI to Core Business Workflows 

• Identify and implement AI solutions across key areas
• Improve how teams handle high volume, repetitive tasks by embedding AI into existing processes 
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize and solve operational bottlenecks   

Prompt Engineering & AI Optimization

• Design, test and refine prompts to drive accurate, consistent, and high-quality outputs from AI systems
• Build and optimize AI agents and copilots used by internal teams
• Analyze output quality and continuously iterate to improve performance, reliability, and alignment with business needs 

Build & Integrate Solutions

• Develop tools, automations and systems to support AI-driven workflows
• Integrate AI into existing platforms and tools using APIs and scripting
• Connect data sources and systems to enable end-to-end automation  

Drive Measurable Impact

• Define and track metrics to evaluate AI output quality and workflow performance (i.e. turnaround time, accuracy, throughout and team efficiency)
• Analyze results to identify gaps and continuously improve prompts, agents and workflows
• Quantify impact of AI solutions and communicate results to stakeholders
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with compliance requirements

Enable Adoption Across Teams

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to effectively implement solutions
• Train teams on how to use AI tools and embed them into daily workflows
• Document best practices and standardize how AI is used across the business   

What Success Looks Like

• You’ve identified and implemented high impact AI use cases within core workflows, reducing manual effort or turnaround time
• Teams are effectively using AI-enabled workflows you’ve built, with clear improvement in output quality and consistency
• You’ve established baseline metrics (i.e. accuracy, turnaround time, throughout) and can clearly demonstrate where
• AI is driving improvements AI outputs are not only faster, but reliable and consistent within a regulated environment, minimizing rework and downstream issues
• You’ve created a framework to approach identifying, testing, and scaling AI use cases across the business  

Ideal Candidate will Possess 

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation or technical solution, or technical consulting roles
• Hands-on experience applying AI or LLMs to real world workflows (not just experimentation)
• Strong technical skills (Python, APIs, scripting, system integrations)
• Experience building internal tools, automations, or workflow solutions
• Ability to analyze outputs systematically improve performance
• Experience working with high-volume operations

Nice to Have

• Experience with automation platforms 
• Familiarity with AI agents, copilots, or workflow orchestration tools
• Experience working in healthcare, service operations, or other regulated environments

As a Senior BI Data Analyst, you’ll be a core member of our Data Analytics team, responsible for turning data into insight and insight into action.

This role will work at the intersection of analytics and data science to prepare and structure data, build advanced models, and interpret results with suggested actions to drive impact across our Marketing, Product, Operations, and Workforce teams.

Every Day You Will: 

• Insight Generation

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to answer key business questions and identify actionable trends & insights
  • Build robust SQL queries, data pipelines, and ad hoc analyses to support cross-functional initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope projects, structure analyses, and translate findings into clear business recommendations

  Modeling & Advanced Analytics

  • Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast key outcomes, supporting decision-making

  Reporting & Enablement

 Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

Department & Position Overview:

The Business Transformation Program Manager is a multi-faceted role that combines process improvement with program management.  

Working closely with our business leaders in support of the VP of Business Optimization, this position will identify and implement operational enhancements, and system transformations to maximize revenue, customer experience and employee value.  

This role will drive continual improvement and operational efficiency by executing project deliverables and coordination of efforts amongst the enterprise operations. 

Every Day You Will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define, prioritize, and deliver strategic projects, ensuring efficient execution aligned with organizational goals. 
• Serve as a trusted partner to both technical and business teams, educating stakeholders on project and program management best practices and bridging communication across technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, objectives, justification, and execution plans.
• Provide clear roadmaps, progress updates, and resource management insights to leadership to support informed decision-making and prioritization. Present strategic updates and outcomes to management and clients. 
• Lead effective change management practices, partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of project changes while keeping all levels of stakeholders informed through accessible updates and communications. 
• Create and refine Project Management Office (PMO) policies and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across initiatives. 
• Continuously evaluate projects and programs to ensure they meet FreedomCare’s quality standards and align with organizational objectives. 
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative business and market research to validate project opportunities and inform strategic direction. 
• Analyze key performance indicators, financial data, and resource allocation to assess project success, manage risk, and identify areas for improvement. 

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• Master’s in Business Administration, CS, Finance or Technology
• Experience leading large scale projects; developing and implementing projects from idea to inception
• Highly collaborative partner, that can influence change across many stakeholders. 
• Ability to effectively evaluate operations, providing critical analysis of systems and processes, as they relate to the department and the organization and turn thoughts and ideas into tangible outcomes and opportunities that move the needle.
• End to end solution-based thinker, problem solving top-level goals to operational and system details. 
• A high level of adaptability and experience leading change management, in a fast-paced environment, presenting a high degree of autonomy, ambiguity, and accountability. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively cascade information across diverse target demographics internally and externally.
