Product Strategy - New Markets (6-month Contract)

THE ROLE 📝
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract focused on shaping and delivering high-impact new product opportunities at Form3. We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded leader to lead the identification, evaluation, and development of new product business cases. You’ll bring structure, pace, and commercial rigour to opportunity assessment, ensuring recommendations are data-driven, customer-led, and aligned to Form3’s strategic priorities.
- Identify and evaluate new product and market opportunities, with a focus on commercial impact
- Lead the development of high-quality, data-driven business cases to support executive and board-level decision-making
- Leverage internal and external market intelligence to validate opportunities and quantify commercial potential
- Work closely with existing customers to test hypotheses and validate demand
- Develop high-level delivery roadmaps in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- Align stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership to drive clear, strategic outcomes
WE ARE LOOKING FOR 🔍
You’re a strategic operator with strong commercial instincts and a bias for action. You’re comfortable working at pace in an ambiguous environment and have a proven ability to turn market insight into clear, compelling business cases that drive executive decisions.
- 10+ years’ experience in Product, Strategy, or Commercial roles
- Proven track record of developing new product business cases and influencing investment decisions
- Strong experience in payments and fintech, ideally with exposure to global account-to-account (A2A) payment schemes and infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to build high-quality, data-driven business cases for senior stakeholders and board-level audiences
- Experience translating strategy into clear, high-level product roadmaps in partnership with Product and Engineering teams
- Experience defining and shaping go-to-market approaches, including segmentation, positioning, and commercial models
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a clear strategic direction

Junior Product Owner - Zelle Payments Gateway

THE ROLE 📝
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst or Junior Product Owner to join the US Product team within Form3.
This role will act as a product expert for both internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting the Zelle gateway build by collaborating closely with Engineering teams to shape and prioritise the backlog for Form3's Zelle features.
With previous experience working on Zelle, you will be supporting a Senior Business Analyst to make informed decisions, making a meaningful impact on the build and delivery of Form3's Zelle gateway across the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively across the Zelle product line, working closely with Senior Business Analysts and Product Managers to support the end-to-end delivery of Zelle payments products.
- Partner with cross-functional Engineering teams across the US to initiate and support the build of Form3's Zelle gateway, translating product vision into actionable requirements.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert on Form3's Zelle products, offering guidance and clarity to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analyse the impact of product changes and enhancements quickly and effectively, shaping and documenting requirements to support continuous improvement.
- Take full ownership of certain tasks within the team, such as writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, creating functional features and non-functional specifications, and analysing data.
- Develop a high-level understanding of the overall US product line and underlying platform architecture to further inform decision-making and prioritisation.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR 🔍
Essential
Form3’s Product team is a central function within the business, so we are looking for an ambitious and versatile Business Analyst / Junior Product Owner who can act autonomously, whilst also working well as a key player within a wider team.
- 2 years' experience in a Business Analyst or Junior Product Owner role.
- Previous experience working on Zelle products, with demonstrated understanding of how Zelle differs to other US payment schemes.
- Proven ability in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating functional features and non-functional specifications.
- Technical experience working with API and cloud-based product offerings.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and presenting insights to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams, particularly within Engineering.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Desirable
- Working knowledge of other US payment schemes (e.g. FedNow; RTP; ACH).
- Experience within an external-facing role, in which partnering with customers / clients has been a core responsibility.

Senior Business Analyst - UK Payments

THE ROLE 📝
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering payment products at Form3.
Working closely with Product Managers and Engineering, you will own the detailed definition and validation of solutions, ensuring product intent is translated into precise, buildable outcomes.
You will act as a Senior Business Analyst and domain expert working across a mission critical payment product lines.
You will translate complex customer, regulatory, and internal requirements into high-quality, engineering-ready specifications - ensuring solutions are robust, resilient, and compliant, for a highly regulated environment.
With previous experience working within product development, you will be supporting the UK Product team to make informed decisions, playing a pivotal role in the critical infrastructure powering payments across the whole of the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across product, engineering, operations, and external stakeholders (including customers and scheme bodies) to drive end-to-end delivery of payment solutions.
- Producing high-quality, unambiguous requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications) that enable efficient and accurate engineering delivery.
- Translate product vision into actionable requirements. Collaborating with Europe, US and Platform teams when required.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the full UK product suite, offering guidance and clarity to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analyse the impact of product changes across customer, operational, and regulatory dimensions, ensuring all edge cases and failure scenarios are understood and addressed.
- Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end payments architecture, including scheme interactions, processing flows, and platform dependencies, to inform solution design and impact analysis.
- Awareness and tracking of the evolving UK payments landscape and its impact on Form3’s UK product suite.
- Identify, assess, and manage functional and non-functional risks, ensuring solutions meet high standards of resilience, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all requirements and solutions align with scheme rules, regulatory obligations, and industry standards.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🔍
Essential

- Strong experience (5–8+ years) as a Business Analyst in payments or financial services
- Deep knowledge of UK payment schemes and e2e payments processing (FPS & Bacs)
- Understanding of the current and future UK payments landscape and key trends
- Experience translating complex requirements into clear, testable specifications
- Strong understanding of regulatory and scheme requirements (e.g. Pay.UK scheme rules)
- Experience working on high-availability / mission-critical systems
- Proven ability to identify risks, dependencies, and edge cases
Desirable
- API-first / cloud-native product experience
- Experience working with tier 1 banks or payment processors
- Experience of UK payment services outside of FPS & BACS such as CHAPS
