We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Commercial Operations team at Form3. Sitting at the intersection of Deal Desk and broader RevOps, this role plays a key part in supporting efficient, scalable commercial execution across the business.

Deal Desk & Pricing

• Support contract management processes, including issuing documents for signature and capturing key terms post-signature

Join Form3’s US engineering business line and contribute to the development of our US gateway products, each built around a real-time payment scheme such as FedNow or TCH RTP. The USA business line consists of engineers distributed in two teams. We are spread across multiple time zones in Europe and the Americas and therefore we highly value asynchronous communication. We give engineers autonomy to choose the right solutions for the problems they face and drive technical design. We encourage collaboration, make key decisions as a group and own our solutions end-to-end. We also keep close relationships with our Product colleagues who are domain experts in US payments. Our current focus is to complete functional build and prepare for Form3’s US products’ go-lives, targeted for Autumn 2025 – we are excited to show our products to the world!

You’ll design, implement, and maintain defensive security controls that protect our high-availability, multi-cloud payment systems built on modern technologies. Your deep understanding of current threats, exploitation methods, and risk trade-offs will enable you to guide engineering teams on effective security features and ensure the right defensive measures are prioritised.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR  🔍

• You live on the linux command line 
• Your current research and experience back up your opinionated views on security practices and tradeoffs, which you love to openly debate and willingly share 
• You’re sought after for your security engineering expertise, having built multiple security controls that are actively proven in large production estates 
• Your security expertise extends to at least one public cloud, including essential security features and long-term security hardening practices 
• You have a good grounding in Kubernetes security and have ideally developed complex, heavily customised multi-cluser environments 
• You appreciate building systems with good engineering practices and may have a background in software engineering at scale 
• You’re open to being a part of our on-call rota, ready to respond if we have a severe, platform-impacting security tooling failure or need second-line security incident response assistance

• You have an interest in offensive security, potentially including participation in CTFs and past experience as a red team operator or pen tester 
• You’ve developed security configurations in multiple public and private clouds

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the Finance team within Form3.

This role will act as a key financial partner to all units across the business, influencing and challenging senior stakeholders to improve performance, optimise cost structures and strengthen unit economics.

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of Finance Business Partners, creating a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Form3’s Finance team is a critical function within the business, so we are looking for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) who has a strategic mindset combined with hands-on capability, with the aptitude to move between big-picture thinking and detailed analysis.

• Extensive FP&A Leadership experience, ideally within a high-growth, technology-led or financial services environment.
• Experience within a start-up / scale-up environment, ideally within a SaaS company.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing Finance Business Partnering teams, with strong coaching capability and a commitment to developing talent.
• Proven experience in corporate finance, with the ability to support investor engagement and deliver high-quality financial materials.
• The ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, with a collaborative approach and strong commercial acumen.
• Deep expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting and scenario analysis.
• Experience implementing planning systems, reporting tools and performance management frameworks.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to distil complex financial concepts into impactful and persuasive insights.

THE TEAM 👥

This role sits within Form3’s Finance team and reports directly into the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a key member of this team, you will work alongside a close knit group of experienced Finance professionals, based predominantly in the UK, supporting a company of over 200 employees.

We meet up a few times a year for social events but tend to work mostly remotely. Support via Zoom is hugely important to us as we are in contact with each other on a daily basis!

This role will act as a product expert for both internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting the Zelle gateway build by collaborating closely with Engineering teams to shape and prioritise the backlog for Form3's Zelle features.

• 2 years' experience in a Business Analyst or Junior Product Owner role.
• Previous experience working on Zelle products, with demonstrated understanding of how Zelle differs to other US payment schemes.
• Proven ability in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating functional features and non-functional specifications.
• Technical experience working with API and cloud-based product offerings.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and presenting insights to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams, particularly within Engineering.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
