We are actively seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to focus on driving and delivering multiple complex programs simultaneously across the Five9 organization. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work across the company and evangelize how our tech teams are building and architecting our newest innovations to support Five9's latest product offerings.

This role is a mix of strategic and tactical, where, using your extensive technical and leadership expertise.  You will own the program, anticipate, and mitigate risks whilst balancing business needs against technical constraints.  You will be required to build strong relationship between the Product Engineering applications/services, Product Management, as well as various Business Operations, Finance, and Executives alike.  Strong communication skills are a must.  Your responsibilities will include establishing commitments from dependencies, ensure high quality deliveries, and increase the productivity and velocity of the team to implement strategy and execution.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Build the technological knowledge necessary to assess readiness through communications, reviews, and retrospectives that enable other teams to effectively prepare for seamless delivery of capacity.
• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, surfacing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring outcomes align with company OKRs.
• Drive program execution and measurable performance. Establish governance frameworks over prioritization decisions to ensure alignment with key performance indicators and business outcomes.
• Act as an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
• Work within a diverse team environment to build and execute work plans and schedules as applicable for program success.
• Plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, and drive delivery across engineering, product, architecture, finance, and operations.
• Provide clear, concise program and portfolio reporting to leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to scale agility, visibility, and velocity across programs.
• Mentor and coach other TPMs and cross-functional partners, raising the bar for delivery excellence, stakeholder engagement, and execution discipline.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• A proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on initiatives.
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle from conception to delivery.
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies (AWS/GCP preferred).
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• PMP, Prince2, CSM, or equivalent.

We are seeking a collaborative, systems-thinking Information Architect to help lead the transformation of our technical content ecosystem within the Product Content & Operations team. This role owns the structure and quality of the customer-facing help content, driving improvements to how content is organized, authored, and maintained across the product experience.

In this role, you will partner closely with Support, Marketing, and Product— to improve the quality and scalability of our help content, driving alignment on content types, templates, taxonomy, and terminology. This role combines hands-on content development with information architecture practices to improve customer experience, support outcomes, and product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of information architecture within Five9’s Product Content team.
• Define and maintain departmental content models, including information types and reusable components.
• Establish structured templates for key information types (How-To, Concept, Reference, Troubleshooting, etc.).
• Develop and manage taxonomy and metadata structures that improve navigation and findability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify alignment opportunities and reduce content divergence.
• Conduct audits and user research to identify gaps, redundancies, and structural improvements.
• Guide writers on adopting structured content templates and IA best practices.
• Lead modernization and restructuring efforts for legacy documentation.
• Influence the evolution of search and tagging strategies across the department.
• Serve as a mentor and IA subject matter expert within the writing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Information Architecture, Content Design, UX Writing, Technical Writing, or related roles.
• Experience creating content models, taxonomy systems, and structured authoring frameworks.
• Experience leading IA initiatives within a documentation or product content environment.
• CMS, CCMS, or knowledge systems (MadCap, Zoomin, Paligo, AEM, ServiceNow, Confluence)
• Strong skills in facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder influence.
• Experience analyzing and modernizing legacy content at scale.
• Experience preparing content for AI-driven systems (e.g., search optimization, metadata design, or content chunking for RAG/LLM pipelines).
• Bachelor’s with approximately 12 years of professional experience or a Masters degree with approximately 8 years of professional
