What do we need
Dotmatics is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. We are building the most powerful R&D AI-Powered platform in the world. Luma is an AI-Native Multimodal Research Platform for Scientific Intelligence, Luma fits the way our customers “do science”. It allows scientists to streamline scientific research with adaptive R&D workflows driven by AI and seamless data integration. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for building robust, scalable features and ensuring the technical health of our codebase. You should be a "hands-on" expert in the Node.js/React ecosystem with a passion for scientific innovation. We value engineers who are curious about AI and are motivated to find new ways to use AI in software development.
**This is a remote position, located in Mass. There will be some travel required to the office in Boston for team meetings and working sessions.**
In this role you will
- Lead the development of complex, high-impact features within a Node.js/TypeScript and React ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain serverless and event-driven data pipelines capable of handling high-volume scientific data.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. You will proactively identify technical debt and advocate for architectural improvements.
- Partner closely with other team members to build intuitive user interfaces that simplify complex scientific research.
- Provide technical guidance through thoughtful code reviews and pair programming, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Support the reliability of our services by implementing observability and participating in the deployment and monitoring of your code in production.
We are looking for candidates with 8+ years experience in engineering preferably in a SaaS environment, and ideally with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. You will be curious and inquisitive question the why and the how!!
The key skills we are looking for
- Expert-level proficiency with Node.js and React.
- Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and a solid understanding of Docker/Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Experience working with message-based architectures (e.g., Kafka) and event-driven patterns.
- A strong advocate for automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) and experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and a track record of delivering value in iterative cycles.
You may also have experience in
- Experience building and scaling complex data ingestion or processing workflows.
- Experience with Terraform or similar deployment technologies.
- Exposure to AWS/GCP or experience designing systems that can run across multiple cloud providers.
- Experience leading small project teams or acting as a "feature lead".
- Background in Life Sciences or R&D data management.
Starting salary range USD$130,000+

What do we need
Dotmatics is seeking a Staff Engineer to join our team. We are building the most powerful R&D AI-Powered platform in the world. Luma is an AI-Native Multimodal Research Platform for Scientific Intelligence, Luma fits the way our customers “do science”. It allows scientists to streamline scientific research with adaptive R&D workflows driven by AI and seamless data integration. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for driving improvements in reliability, performance, and operability while helping to hire, mentor, and grow a world-class engineering team. You are curious and have some working knowledge of using AI in your everyday work or in your own personal projects, and be motivated to find new ways to use AI in software development.
This is a remote position, located in Mass. There will be some travel required to the office in Boston for team meetings and working sessions.
In this role you will
- Define and drive system architecture for services within a Node.js/TypeScript ecosystem.
- Contribute to and improve engineering standards, patterns, and best practices for distributed systems, observability, and reliability.

- Guarantee the scalability, maintainability, and security of software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to Software Engineers, conduct code reviews, and raise the bar for design, code quality, and operational excellence.

We are looking for candidates with 12+ years experience in engineering preferably in a SaaS environment, and ideally with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. You will be curious and inquisitive question the why and how!!
The key skills we are looking for
- Strong engineering background with Node.js and React.
- Proven experience designing and implementing distributed, event-driven systems and high-level web applications.
- Experience implementing automated testing platforms, unit tests, and integration tests.
- Professional experience with PostgreSQL and building/consuming RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AWS in production environments and a solid understanding of Kubernetes for orchestrating workloads.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and AWS CodePipeline.
- Knowledge of Agile software development practices.
You may also have experience in
- Setting technical direction, leading cross-team initiatives, and levelling up other engineers.
- Background in complex data pipelines and scaling.

The candidate's final starting pay is based on job-related skills, experience, job specific qualifications & location. What do we need
As the Quality Management System (QMS) owner you will oversee and drive quality management framework and processes that support the delivery of our Flow Cytometry software into regulated biopharma customer environments (typically clinical development and QC labs). In addition to supporting our existing FCS Express clinical and validation-ready software that is already extensively used in regulated labs, this role is especially targeted at transforming our OMIQ SaaS platform into a fully validation-ready solution that meets the requirements of customers wishing to deploy OMIQ into GxP-compliant environments, ensuring our customers can transition from research to clinical trials with absolute confidence in our data integrity and quality standards.
This is a role where the successful candidate will architect our QMS in alignment with Dotmatics GxP policies and procedures as well as industry standard guidance including but not limited to ISO 9001, 13485 (21 CFR part 820), ICH Q10, and PIC/S. Additionally, the person in this role will lead all validation efforts, and serve as the technical face of Quality for biopharma customers using our Flow Cytometry products in alignment with 21 CFR part 11, GAMP 5, 21 CFR part 58, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
In this role you will get to
- Quality Management Leadership: Design, implement, and maintain a functional QMS for the Flow Cytometry division that aligns with corporate standards while remaining optimized for SaaS delivery.
- Validation Asset Creation: Deeply engage in the development, authoring, maintaining and training of critical validation documentation, including User Requirements Specifications (URS), Risk Assessments (FMEA), Configuration Specifications, IQ/OQ/PQ and Validation Summary Reports.
- Product Strategy: Define the roadmap for compliance-specific features, ensuring that audit trails, e-signatures, and data residency requirements evolve alongside clinical regulatory trends (21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ALCOA+) and enterprise requirements.
- Customer Advocacy & Sales Support: Serve as the technical subject matter expert during the sales cycle, leading "Quality Deep Dives" with customer Quality Assurance (QA) and IT departments to facilitate successful audits and system adoption.
- Process Integration: Partner with Engineering to integrate automated testing and validation checkpoints into their existing SDLCs, moving toward a model of "Continuous Validation."
- Regulatory Intelligence: Act as the primary scout for the division on shifting regulatory landscapes for clinical software.
- Enterprise Alignment and Partnership: Partner with the Dotmatics Security and Trust team to align QMS, ISMS and GxP programs, continually develop programs and provide input and suggestions into future states.
We are looking for people who have 7+ years in the Biopharma/MedTech space, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Computer System Validation (CSV) and Quality Management for SaaS, and hold a B.S. or Advanced Degree in Life Sciences (Immunology/Hematology preferred) or Computer Science.
The key skills we are looking for
- Computer System Validation (CSV) and Quality Management for SaaS.
- Technical Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Flow Cytometry data analysis workflows and the unique challenges of high-dimensional biological data.
- Regulatory Mastery: Proven track record of navigating 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485, and HIPAA/GDPR requirements.
- A Hybrid Skillset: Ability to write a technical risk assessment in the morning and lead a strategic product roadmap session in the afternoon.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical architectures to non-technical Quality Officers and vice-versa. Able to teach and train staff on Validation, GxPs, and processes.
Risk Management: Ability to “right-size” Quality systems and validation efforts based on the overall risk of the product as related to patient safety, product quality, data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.

We are seeking an analytical, hands-on Director to scale and optimize the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for three market-leading products within our Product-Led Growth (PLG) portfolio: GraphPad, SnapGene, Geneious. These products are undergoing a major value proposition transformation for distinct customer segments, which requires evolving, standardizing and coordinating the GTM playbook across functions and products.
In this role, you will leverage existing teams (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, Data Engineering) to drive revenue acceleration by operationalizing, executing, measuring and supporting our upsell motions, cross-sell motions and core commercial strategies across channels and customer segments.
You are a proven operator and tactical analyst adept at translating high-level strategy and objectives into measurable, cross-functional programs, using deep data analysis to drive execution and inform future strategy.
In this role you will get to:
- Operationalise, manage and maintain the GTM playbook, roadmaps, and execution milestones across all sales channels (self-serve e-commerce, CS, Enterprise sales) and customer segments (B2C, SMB, Enterprise)
- Establish GTM OKRs, track real-time performance, and provide actionable insights to all stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent and coordinated execution of the GTM playbook (e.g. tests, strategies, tactics)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage large Scientific SaaS delivery & implementations projects, to ensure that our clients are reaching their desired outcomes and adopting our solutions. The structure of projects are like other enterprise deployments but centre around enabling Customers to use configured software within their business area of expertise.
You will be in a unique position to leverage your advanced in-depth SaaS Implementation/delivery skills, processes management, and interpersonal skills across many clients, ranging from the top pharmaceutical companies in the world to the leading food providers, and start-ups focused on ultra-rare diseases. You will be an advocate of Dotmatics, engaging stakeholders ranging from bench scientists up to Senior Manager levels to effectively communicate Actions, Owners, Timelines, to balance risks and have the right conversations to protect, propose, and allow science to prosper.

We are looking for people who hold 10+ years experience in SaaS Enterprise implementation/delivery projects, hold a Project Management Certification such as PMP, and be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent. You will demonstrate experience in successfully setting up agile project deliveries and be able to demonstrate experience of managing SaaS configuration projects throughout their life cycle.
