About the role
DevRev is an untraditional SaaS revenue organization, built to support a rapidly scaling technology start-up driven by product-led-growth and sales (PLG / PLS). We are looking for top talent to build and scale within the US market. Specific responsibilities for Account Executives include prospecting and nurturing larger named accounts - who are looking for a better way to connect with their customers and find product market fit. You will work closely with customers end-to-end throughout their lifecycle - from concept to technical requirements, implementation, adoption, expansion, and paid.
- Build outreach to existing rolodex and new opportunities.
- Relentless manage customer followup and your own pipeline, against quotas.
- Work with our Growth team to increase product awareness.
- Nurture and follow up with customers to share relevant use cases, find key decision makers, and gather requirements.
- Guide customers through implementation plans to further adoption and drive paid conversion.
- Work with our Product and Engineering to share feedback and feature requests.
- Create content and refine scripts to support the customer journey and engagement points.
- Maintain pipeline data and account information in DevRev's in-house CRM.
- Experience: 8+ years in a closing role.
- New Business Development Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate leads and expand the customer base.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical and Product Enablement Leader to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our innovative AI and Applications offerings and our Sales teams, ensuring that our solutions are effectively communicated and demonstrated to our clients. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to empower our Sales teams, enhance product understanding, and drive successful customer engagements. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to translate complex technical concepts into compelling demos and POCs that resonate with clients and move deals forward.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Product teams to gain early access to new features, do hands-on experimentation, and prepare sales teams to position new capabilities.
- Lead the development and facilitation of high-impact workshops and enablement sessions that help our teams do world class demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and showcase the value of our AI and SaaS products.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on our understanding of product capabilities, differentiators, and positioning.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure that all GTM teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to get the technical win.
Required Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in AI and SaaS products, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and differentiators.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Demonstrated mastery in delivering impactful demos and POCs, with a focus on winning over technical champions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar technical presales or enablement role within an AI, data platform, or B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with pre-release software and release readiness.
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, CVI, Challenger, Command of the Message).
Work Environment
- This role is based in Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX, with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week.
- Some International travel for training delivery, team meetings, QBRs, or sales events may be required.

About the role
- Provide expert technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, addressing customer questions with clarity and confidence.
- Partner with Account Executives to understand use cases, uncover pain points, and design tailored solutions.
- Deliver engaging product demos, PoCs, and proofs of concept that showcase DevRev’s differentiators and business impact.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and create compelling proposals aligned to customer needs.
- Build strong relationships as a trusted technical advisor and ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success.
- Translate business challenges into DevRev-aligned architectures and scalable solutions.
- Support customization, integrations, and configurations in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
- Provide early-stage onboarding support and issue resolution when needed.
- Deliver workshops, bootcamps, certifications, and co-create joint service offerings.
- Train sales teams on product updates, technical capabilities, and competitive positioning.
- Develop technical playbooks, demo assets, guides, and case studies.
- Monitor competitor offerings and share insights to influence strategy.
- Mentor peers and foster a culture of collaboration and learning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales/Solution Engineering focused on Enterprise accounts
- Proven track record delivering demos, workshops, technical proposals, and proofs of value.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDICC).
- Strong discovery and consultative selling mindset.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, comfortable with both technical and executive stakeholders. Skilled presenter and whiteboard communicator.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator across Sales, Product, and Customer Success. Adaptive in unstructured environments; flexible team player who embraces all tasks.
- Strong technical acumen across APIs, integrations, DevOps, cloud platforms, and modern SaaS stacks. Experience consuming APIs and webhooks (e.g., Postman) and configuring integrations.
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and networking concepts
- Experience building with generative code solutions (Cursor, Claude Code, Augment Code, etc.)
- Experience and understanding of LLMs/GenAI models, ML, and applied agentic solutions
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
- Ecosystem Experience. DevRev is deeply integrated into a wide ecosystem of enterprise solutions. Successful candidates will have experience administering and using at least 3 of the following:
- CRM: Salesforce Sales Cloud, HubSpot, Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Freshdesk, Intercom, Microsoft Dynamics, Monday
