Founded in 2011, our original team of four has grown into a collective of creators, engineers, and educators. Since the beginning, our goals have been pretty simple: build high quality software, create teams that have the freedom to learn, teach, and explore, and give every team member visibility and a voice. Everyone at Detroit Labs is invested in and is a part of our own success. That creates an organic and foundational sense of cohesion that is impossible to fake.

Apart from project work, our passion for people extends to our Apprenticeship Program. During the program, we teach, support, and guide the next generation of software developers.
