What You’ll Do:

DeepIntent is seeking an experienced Senior Client Success Manager to join our Client Success team. This role owns the day-to-day management and strategic growth of client relationships, partnering closely with Sales, Platform Operations, & Analytics and cross-functional teams from early planning through execution and expansion.

As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will manage a book of business, lead client strategy and execution, and proactively identify opportunities to grow and deepen partnerships. You will play a critical role in driving revenue retention, upsell, and long-term client success. The Sr Client Success Manager should have a strong knowledge of the programmatic landscape and is a key contributor in the overall growth of the company.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end management of assigned managed service and/or self-service client accounts

Who You Are: 

• 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role within ad tech, digital media, or programmatic advertising 
• Strong knowledge of the adtech advertising ecosystem, key industry partners and technical market standards including DSPs, SSPs, ad serving, measurement, and brand safety
• Proven ability to independently own and grow senior client relationships
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations, with experience leading client meetings and QBRs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
• Experience working across both managed service and self-service models preferred

 The Senior Audience Operations Manager is a critical operational role within DeepIntent’s Data Partnerships team. You’ll own partner workflows, documentation, deal execution support, and cross-functional coordination to keep the machine running across a high-volume, fast-moving portfolio of audience relationships. Operational Support

What You’ll Do: 

DeepIntent is building the intelligence layer of healthcare advertising. This layer runs on well-structured, well-defined, and human- and machine-readable knowledge. As the company accelerates the deployment of internal and external agentic applications, the quality of our underlying data ontology determines how far and how accurate our applications can be. 

Ontology is a new and critical function at DeepIntent, and its core purpose is to organize and curate business context and data across the company. You will build it. Your job is to define, document, and govern how DeepIntent understands its own data. You will be creating and implementing the semantic foundation that enables our people and AI agents to reason with veracity across our business and platform.

Data ontology and knowledge architecture

• Design and maintain DeepIntent's healthcare advertising ontology across healthcare and media domains
• Map external standards (i.e. ICD-10, etc) to DeepIntent's internal data model, when applicable 
• Build and manage a knowledge graph that connects our data and products into a coherent, traversable semantic layer

Data documentation and discoverability

• Create and own the company data dictionary/spine, making it the authoritative source of truth for every data asset, metric definition, and field
