What you'll do

We're looking for a skilled Technical Writer to own documentation across the full content lifecycle, from customer-facing help content and in-platform guidance to internal process documentation and UX copy. You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams to make complex systems clear and accessible for a range of audiences.

• Write and maintain external user guides, help content, and customer-facing documentation that make our product easy to understand and use.
• Develop internal process documentation and best practices content to support consistency and knowledge-sharing across teams.
• Collaborate with design teams to write clear, concise UX copy, including tooltips, error messages, and microcopy.
• Create release notes that communicate new features and product updates clearly at launch.
• Build and publish in-platform guidance, including release announcements and technical advisories.
• Train and improve AI tools, including chatbots and agents, on new and existing documentation and highly structured knowledge bases.
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, operations, and support teams to gather information and review content.
• Own information architecture and search optimization with a clear eye on content structure so users can efficiently find the information they need.
• Maintain consistency in voice, style, and formatting across the documentation ecosystem.

Who You Are

• 2–3 years of experience in a technical writing, documentation, or content-focused role.
• Strong ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language approachable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience with information architecture, including structuring and organizing content for discoverability and ease of use.
• Proven ability to interview and work with subject-matter experts to gather information and affirm content accuracy.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum workflows, including working within sprint cycles and release cadences. 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of documentation types and audiences.
• Experience with or interest in AI tools, chatbot training, or prompt-based content workflows.
• Exceptional written communication and attention to detail.

The base salary range takes into consideration each candidate's skills, experience and qualifications. What You’ll Do

As a Senior Sales Marketing Manager (Enterprise)  you will play a key role in enabling DeepIntent’s brand-direct revenue team with the tools, content, and narratives needed to engage pharmaceutical and healthcare brands effectively. This role is focused on translating and evolving existing agency-facing materials into brand-relevant resources, while also creating net-new sales marketing content tailored to the needs of pharma brand-direct sellers. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to ensure brand audiences are supported with compelling, insight-driven materials that drive revenue impact.

• Persona-Based Sales Narratives: Develop and refine brand-direct sales narratives and materials tailored to distinct audiences, including executive-level pharmaceutical and healthcare decision-makers, across pitch decks, QBRs, case studies and one sheets.
• Brand Specific Enablement: Adapt existing agency collateral to be brand-direct focused, using insights from clinical development, FDA approvals, and manufacturing trends. Translate these industry changes into actionable guidance for the brand sales team.
• Product & Solution Knowledge: Stay informed on enhancements and new releases across DeepIntent solutions to ensure brand-facing teams are equipped with accurate, differentiated, and brand-relevant messaging.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Brand Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Product teams to align messaging, identify content gaps, and support brand-direct revenue goals. Optimize these workflows to improve how brand-direct sales marketing materials are created, updated and distributed to the team.
• Content Management: Own and manage a library of brand-direct sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, POVs, and email outreach templates.

Who You Are

• 7+ years of relevant experience in sales marketing, sales enablement, or B2B marketing, with a strong focus on supporting revenue teams
• Direct experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences marketing, either brand-side, agency-side, or within a healthcare advertising or AdTech environment
• Strong understanding of brand marketing priorities, particularly within regulated or complex industries
• Proven ability to translate complex products, data, and insights into clear, compelling brand-facing materials
• Comfortable creating both adapted and net-new content based on evolving sales needs
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently while driving alignment and momentum across stakeholders

While the role is based in NYC, we are open to candidates who are remote and willing to work in EST and travel to NYC for periodic business meetings.
