JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Cultivation Agent to join our growing facility. The Lead Cultivation Agent works within our on-site cannabis gardens to lead a team of agents in their daily tasks of monitoring and maintaining plant production and health. This individual will also oversee quality control measures within the greenhouse to ensure the highest quality products and highest standards of compliance are met, while keeping a keen eye on cleanliness and efficiency of the production area. 

CORE JOB DUTIES 

Agent Support and Management:    

• Responsible for overseeing cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, and inventory.    

• Serves as a role model and resource for cultivation staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.    

• Responds to all gardener questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts.    

• Responsible for delegating tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians in order to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility.    

• Coordinates with Garden leadership to ensure accurate information is communicated to the cultivation staff.    

Cultivation Operation Management:    

• Oversees all cultivation tasks and processes, ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs.    

• Responsible for measuring and mixing nutrient and plant applications and applying these mixtures according to Cresco Labs policy.    

• Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required.    

• Maintain rotation of strains through garden to ensure variety and quantity for cultivation facility.    

Reports and Documentation:    

• Maintain accurate records of all cultivation activities including inventory records, crop application records, materials receipt, returns, etc. in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs.    

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS  

• Demonstrated experience training, leading and/or mentoring junior staff or new hires preferred.    

• Demonstrated experience overseeing a large-scale agriculture facility preferred.   

• Two years’ experience within a production facility, regulated field highly preferred. Or, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the above-described duties.   

• Effective time-management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task  

• Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations  

• Computer literacy in word processing, point-of-sale systems, and data base management    

• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law  

• Ability to perform the job duties in climates of varying weather conditions.  

• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications.    

• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.

JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Order Fulfillment Agent works with our Order Fulfillment team to ensure all orders are properly accounted for in our statewide seed-to-sale tracking system and our internal sales portal. This individual reports into our Order Fulfillment Manager and ensures all incoming and outgoing orders are tracked appropriately and any discrepancies are followed up appropriately.  

CORE JOB DUTIES 

• Serves as a role model and resource for production staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations  

• Creates and updates manifests for outgoing deliveries  

• Responsible for reviewing manifests for incoming products and following up with any concerns or questions  

• Completing all required company and/or state required paperwork in an organized and timely manner  

• Works with the Order Fulfillment Manager and other stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or inaccuracies in data  

• Coordinates with the management team to ensure that accurate information and documentation is provided  

• Ensures compliance with all state and local cannabis laws and regulations 

• Coordinates inventory-tracking procedures with the Order Fulfillment Manager  

• Assist employees in properly documenting all required information throughout all procedures  

• Assists when needed with onboarding, training, and integration of new hires, and coordinating with Order Fulfillment Manager and other needed production personnel in the process  

• Accurately reflects cannabis and non-cannabis inventory within Cresco’s and the state’s inventory tracking systems  

• Compliance checks on finished goods within the department, including label verification  

• Maintains a continuous state of alertness to ensure the highest standards of safety for fellow employees, products, and the facility  

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS  

• Demonstrated experience training, leading and/or mentoring junior staff or new hires preferred.   

• Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.  

• Strong proficiency working within MS Excel and other MS office products  

• Prior experience with point-of-sale applications, preferred  

• Knowledge of medical cannabis law, medicinal benefits, and professional cannabis exposure, preferred  

• Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal formats  

• Effective time-management skills and the ability to multitask.  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.

JOB SUMMARY

Our Order Fulfillment Agent is responsible for picking, processing, and packaging all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery. This role works closely with Order Fulfillment Lead agents to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with Cresco's quality standards and state regulations.

• Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods   
• Creation of compliance labels using POS system   
• Applying compliance labels to all products   
• Confirming products’ unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections or complaints from customers   
• Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery   
• Placing customer orders on schedule based on logistics, on-hand inventory, and customer requests

JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking an Order Fulfillment Supervisor to join our facility. The Order Fulfillment Supervisor will oversee the efficient and accurate fulfillment of sales orders in anticipation of their delivery as well as assist overseeing Logistics. The Order Fulfillment Supervisor coordinates routes and schedules for transport of orders to our dispensary customers, under the direction of the Materials Manager. 

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Training and onboarding Leads, Agents, and Drivers 
• Tracking maintenance records for delivery vehicles 
• Ensuring leads and agents are performing daily tasks correctly and efficiently

JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a full-time Facility Manager for our facility. The Facility Manager will oversee all shift operations including Processing, Packaging, Manufacturing, Food Production, and Order Fulfillment ensuring consistent delivery of products for our customers and a culture of continuous improvement. The Facility Manager is accountable for all activities on the shift including schedule adherence and throughput, all personnel on the shift by setting expectations and performance goals for the shift supervisors, leads, and agents, and will report directly to the site Facility Director.   

CORE JOB DUTIES 

• As key manager for the Facility Director, Accountable for P&L performance at the site 
• Lead operational management teams by making data driven decisions that maximize Cresco’s shareholder value, ensure collaboration between/within sites, and drive cross-departmental efficiencies. 
• Partner with counterparts in Quality, Safety, and Compliance to ensure facilities are maintained to state regulatory, OSHA, and Cresco quality standards 
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day operations to ensure no interruptions in production 
• Create strategies to improve the efficiencies between Operations and Supply Chain, Cultivation, Food Production, Laboratory, Sales, IT, Accounting and HR 
• Manage the overall welfare of the team; i.e. provide training and coaching and lead by example; attract, retain, and motivate staff

• Address company policy violations and work in conjunction with HR and direct managers to administer disciplinary action

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in Operations Management with experience running large cross-functional organizations 
• Experience in a warehouse setting, production line environment, GMP/SQF/OSHA/ISO; cannabis industry experience a plus 
• Experience leading an organization in a highly regulated environment; cannabis experience a plus.

Completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product. Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Main duties will entail carrying out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, and trimming. Must monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.

Plant Care: 

• Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required 
• Moving plants in an orderly, time efficient manner from one area of the cultivation facility to another 
• Moving Rockwool for transplanting plants 
• Transplanting smaller plants into bigger pots 

Facility Cleaning: 

• Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste. 
• Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment 

Reports and Documentation:

• Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities 
• Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information
