Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation. The base pay for this position ranges from $155,000/year in our lowest geographic market to $267,000/year in our highest geographic market. Role Overview

Coupang is seeking an experienced and execution-focused Treasury Operations Specialist to support day-to-day treasury operations for our U.S. entities. This role is hands-on and operational in nature, requiring strong knowledge of U.S. banking, payments, cash management, and SOX-compliant controls. The role will partner closely with the Head of U.S. Treasury and the Global Treasury team, ensuring disciplined execution, strong governance, and reliable liquidity management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You Will Do

Treasury Operations & Execution

• Execute daily treasury operations for U.S. entities, including payments, cash positioning, liquidity management, and short-term cash forecasting.

• Manage U.S. banking activities, including account openings and closures, bank mandates, KYC documentation, and ongoing relationship management.

• Support funding activities, intercompany cash movements, and FX settlements in line with global treasury policies.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance on cash flow forecasting, month-end close and reconciliations.

Controls, Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, internal treasury policies, segregation of duties and approval frameworks.
• Maintain strong governance over payment processes, banking access, user entitlements, and audit documentation.
• Support internal and external audits by providing treasury documentation, control evidence, and process explanations.
• Stay informed on U.S. regulatory and compliance requirements affecting treasury operations.

Systems & Process Excellence

• Operate treasury processes within Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP integrations, and U.S. online banking platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury workflows, controls, automation, and reporting.
• Support implementation or enhancement of banking structures, payment solutions, and treasury system functionality.

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

• Work closely with Accounting, Tax, Legal, Compliance, AP, Payroll, and FP&A teams to support U.S. treasury needs.
• Coordinate with global Treasury colleagues to ensure alignment with global standards and best practices.
• Provide U.S. treasury and market insights to support global treasury initiatives and projects.
• Lead and support ad-hoc treasury initiatives, including capital markets activities, TMS implementations, cash pooling structures, and other non-routine or time-sensitive projects.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of total experience
• Experience in multinational organizations; technology, ecommerce, or retail background preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. banking systems, payment rails, cash management practices, and market conventions.
• Demonstrated experience operating within SOX-controlled environments, including documentation, testing support, and audit interaction.
• Experience across payments execution, cash management, forecasting, bank account management, funding, and FX settlements.
• Proficiency with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP-integrated treasury processes, and online banking platforms.

Job Overview:

As our Staff Backend Engineer for the Inventory and Promise Platform team, you will empower Coupang Fulfillment & Transportation to operate faster, better, and cheaper through modern, reliable, and data-driven technologies. In this role, you will be a key contributor to an area of the business that is rapidly expanding and is recognized for its Rocket Delivery service. The team already builds services that process thousands of requests per second, generate trillions of won annually in business decisions, and manage business rules that move millions of products. We are responsible for improving order coordination with technology to deliver products to millions of online shoppers. The role will involve technical leadership on rearchitecting and building a brand new Inventory and Promise platform which powers customer’s shopping experience by giving inventory visibility to the customer to be able to order and gives out promised delivery dates for their order. Additionally, the platform also powers fulfillment orchestration once an order is placed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical lead on our most demanding, cross-functional projects involving Inventory and Promise.
• Independently come up with quality architecture and design of systems for new microservices and machine learning pipelines.
• Functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions.

Role Overview

As a Senior Executive Assistant for the Coupang tech organization, you will support Coupang's executives located in Seattle. This role is responsible for diverse administrative tasks from daily calendar and meeting management to strategic and special projects. Pay & Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation.

The base pay for this position ranges from $89,000/year to $153,000/year. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Job Overview:

This role is in Foundational Systems and Platforms (FSP) organization in Global Operations Technology. Our charter includes Inventory Platform that managed inventory for Coupang and Fulfillment Execution system that orchestrates the complete journey of delivering a customer's order to their doorstep.

We are looking for a Staff engineer to help us build our next generation systems in FSP organization. The candidate should have strong backend engineering experience that includes building highly scalable systems, using workflow based orchestration solutions, actor-based and CQRS frameworks. Experience in AWS eco system and platform solutions like temporal and Akka will be preferred.

Candidate should have proven track record in delivering mission critical systems that supports operations and customers. This requires maintaining a high bar in Operational Excellence (OE) and working closely with our operations and product stakeholders.
