Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to lead company-wide technically complex programs with high impact and urgency.

What You Will Do

As a Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with members of company-wide business & Engineering teams to help define, streamline, design and analyze data to build business requirements and then work with engineering teams to articulate requirements, further perform functional & technical data & system analysis, drive engineering to implementation via all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Drives execution with a sense of urgency and technical depth. In addition, the ideal candidate must possess a high degree of collaborative skills, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively on many levels. Define, iterate and improve operation excellence in large organization. High exposure to various tech and business leaders depending on the focus of initiative.

End-to-end responsibility: from planning and strategy development to execution and accountability for quarterly and annual goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new tools and process to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Create and manage long-term goals of the organization.
• Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
• Prioritize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Identify systems needs and/or define process to improve efficiency and enable reliability and scalability.
• Able to speak the language of engineers and lead initiatives involving non-functional requirements and platform-level changes.
• Analytical Depth: Sharp with metrics, able to deep dive into data to identify gaps, prioritize effectively, and move with urgency in dynamic environments.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of Strategic Technical Program Management experience.
• Experience in challenging problem solving, deep diving into an issue, identifying root-causes and suggesting realistic solutions.
• Experience synthesizing information quickly, distilling key takeaways, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data and synthesizing into business insights.
• High standards and a bias toward action.
• Expert communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to run meetings and work streams with senior leadership across the company.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.
• Leadership experience.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay & Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang, your base pay is one part of your total compensation. The base pay for this position ranges from $155,000/year in our lowest geographic market to $267,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Role Overview

The TSE org is critical to Coupang’s business strategy. This role will be responsible for full ownership & end-to-end company-wide charter, delivery & execution starting from Product & Service Definition, Functional Design, Engineering execution Lifecycle with a Customer focus and Customer lifecycle management for Coupang’s Platform. You will be part of a Global team working from different locations but still work as a central connected unit. Within Product & Service Definition the role helps create design options for features being enabled by scenarios. For Product & Service Design this role mediates Scenario-relation features and applies design tradeoffs aligning to business requirements. This can also include defining business & technical requirements, so business acumen blended with strong technical understanding of technologies is a must. This role will possess a strong blend of technical, business, and project management experience that enables effective management of tangible solutions. 

What You Will Do

As a Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with members of multiple business & Engineering teams to help define, streamline, design and analysis data to build business requirements and then work with engineering teams to articulate requirements, further perform functional & technical data & system analysis, drive engineering to implementation via all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). • Strong functional & technical analytical & design capability to understand Common & shared platforms, web, & services API with underlying data. 
• Should be able to dive deep to come up with new Platform scenarios that help solving systems bigger problems by simplifying our services & cloud platform and help increase productivity & efficiency or every Engineer & system in the company. 
• Solid Platform, Web services, API technologies experience. 
• Strong blend of technical, business, and program management experience that enables seamless communication across teams, project execution and great customer reach. 
• Own, manage and deliver multiple large scale, complex programs across organizations with ease of simplicity, taking teams along to the path of success. 
• Own and Manage implementation E2E from Project charter, roadmap, plan, design, design, build, execute, deliver and monitor performance & adoption. 
• Creates, evolves, and communicates specifications for feature areas that enable cohesive, compatible, iterable scenarios that span multiple feature teams and enable a durable multi-year vision. 
• Should be able to come up with scenarios and business requirements by analyzing data and business needs. 
• Excellent cross-group collaboration and communication skills 
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail 
• Strong cultural change management experience 
• Identify, Propose and Implement ongoing data strategy and drive data quality improvements 
• Establishes, enables and improves systems to manage product feedback from customers to resolve issues. 
• Reviews and contributes to ecosystem design. 

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of Engineering Program Management experience in managing feature teams and designing large-scale or complex technical initiatives on shared Platform for Web & Web services, API, Data analytics 
• Minimum of 5 Years in Platform, Web design, API that are used by internal & external teams. 
• Flexible, agile and fast learner.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication

• Demonstrated virtual team leadership capabilities

Role Overview

As a Senior Executive Assistant for the Coupang tech organization, you will support Coupang's executives located in Seattle. This role is responsible for diverse administrative tasks from daily calendar and meeting management to strategic and special projects. The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter that skillfully prioritizes and artfully juggles multiple demands with sound judgement and attention to detail. Candidate must demonstrate resourcefulness, timeliness, and ability to proactively anticipate needs with a minimum amount of direction in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Executive Administrative professional who is looking for their next big opportunity to grow & advance their career. What You Will Do

• Complex Calendar Management: Manage calendars for VP-level executives and multiple leaders, coordinating across the company's international locations in the US, Korea, and China

• Budget Planning: Execute quarterly budgets, collaborating closely with the leaders on managing the targets

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree
