About the role:

CoreWeave is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support the growth of CoreWeave’s Media & Entertainment vertical. This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional looking to develop enterprise sales skills while working alongside experienced Account Executives and technical teams. You will contribute to pipeline generation, support complex sales cycles, and help drive adoption of CoreWeave’s platform across media and entertainment customers, including visual effects studios, animation companies, gaming studios, and digital media organizations.

This role offers the opportunity to grow into full ownership of customer accounts and larger sales opportunities over time.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Media & Entertainment sales team in driving new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts
• Generate and qualify pipeline through prospecting, outbound outreach, and industry engagement

Who You Are:

This team supports the infrastructure that powers the AI revolution—working across data centers, hardware systems, and customer workloads to maintain the integrity of our cloud platform. About the Role

As a Bare Metal Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting, operating, and maintaining CoreWeave’s extensive GPU fleet across our growing data centers in the U.S., Europe, and beyond. You will work closely with customers, data center technicians, and engineering teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our infrastructure. 

In this role, you will: 

• Provide high-level support for customers utilizing bare-metal GPU fleets on CoreWeave Cloud.

Who You Are:

As a Staff Product Manager for Insights, you will own the strategy and execution of Insights experiences within CoreWeave’s observability portfolio. Your day-to-day work will focus on defining how customers discover, understand, and act on signals across their AI workloads, through dashboards, alerts, and AI-powered insights. You’ll lead high-impact problem areas such as cost optimization and workload efficiency, shaping how insights are proactively surfaced rather than manually discovered. This role requires deep technical understanding, strong product judgment, and the ability to operate across multiple engineering teams in a complex, data-rich environment. 

In this role, you will:

• Own the Insights product area, defining vision, roadmap, and success metrics across observability experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Site Selection Manager for the Americas to support CoreWeave’s continued expansion across the United States and broader Americas region. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and advancing data center site opportunities, ensuring deals progress efficiently from early market screening through lease execution and delivery readiness.

Americas Site Identification & Evaluation

• Identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and the Americas markets.
  Support the development of the metro strategy by assessing power availability, scalability, costs, permitting, tax incentives, and regional risk.
• Coordinate early technical and commercial feasibility reviews with internal stakeholders.

Due Diligence & Deal Advancement

• Lead site-level due diligence including power and utility capacity, substation access, utility timelines, fiber availability, zoning, permitting, environmental considerations, and constructability.
• Gather, review, and validate inputs from landlords, utilities, brokers, consultants, and municipalities.
• Ensure diligence findings are clearly documented and communicated to leadership.

Lease & Transaction Support

You'll shape a multi-year vision for how our data services underpin AI and GPU workloads, then lead delivery from 0 to 1 and 1 toN. The hardest problems you'll tackle are around scale, throughput, and performance for GPU-intensive applications, and you'll have real influence over the architecture to solve them.

About This Role

CoreWeave is building one of the world's largest AI-focused cloud infrastructure platforms. We're standing up new data centers at an extraordinary pace, and the complexity of planning, tracking, and orchestrating each build demands purpose-built tooling that doesn't exist today.

We're forming a new team dedicated to building that tooling in-house. The goal: a high-performance internal platform that gives network engineers, fleet engineers, and operations, and other infra teams the ability to plan, visualize, and manage massive amounts of infrastructure across hundreds of sites.

As a senior backend engineer on this team, you'll help design, build, and own the data layer, APIs, and services that power these tools.  The goal is to build bespoke software to model our infrastructure at both a physical and logical level to drive planning, coordination, automation, of some of the most advanced AI datacenters.  

The team will also include frontend engineers that you will need to work closely to bring rich user experiences built on top of your backends.. You'll also own how these services are deployed and run in production including scaling, redundancy and monitoring .

What You'll Build

• Data models and APIs that capture the complexity of datacenter infrastructure: devices, connectivity, cabling, power, cooling, and spatial relationships across racks, rows, and floors. The schema needs to be expressive enough to model reality and performant enough to query at scale.
• High-throughput API services in Go (gRPC, GraphQL, and/or REST) that support the data density and interaction speed the frontend demands, including complex filtering, aggregation, and bulk operations across large datasets.
• The backend architecture from the ground up: service structure, data access patterns, caching strategy, and API contracts designed to scale with the team and product scope.
• Integrations with internal/external systems and data sources that feed infrastructure planning, ensuring the platform reflects real-world state and planned builds accurately.
• Deployment and operational infrastructure for the services you build, including Kubernetes manifests, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and reliability practices.

What We're Looking For

Core Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Go. You should be comfortable writing performant, well-structured services and have opinions about how to organize a Go codebase as it grows.
• Deep experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL and CockroachDB. You should understand query planning, indexing strategies, schema design for complex relational data, and how to keep queries performant as data grows to millions of rows.
• Experience designing and building APIs (gRPC, GraphQL, and REST) with attention to type safety, pagination, caching, filtering, and error handling. You'll be shaping API contracts directly with the frontend engineer, so you need to understand what makes an API pleasant and performant to consume.
• Proven experience of performance optimization on the backend: query optimization, connection pooling, caching layers, profiling under load, and understanding where bottlenecks actually live rather than where you assume they are.

Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and backend security best practices for internal tooling.

• Experience owning deployment and operations for the services you build: Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerting, and incident response. You ship it, you run it.

Domain & Problem-Solving

• Genuine curiosity about (or direct experience with) physical datacenter infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a working understanding of servers, GPUs, network switches, optical transceivers, structured cabling, power distribution, and cooling. You don't need to be a network engineer, but you should be someone who finds this domain interesting and wants to understand how these systems relate and fit together.
• Strong data modeling instincts. The hardest problem on this team is capturing the real-world complexity of datacenter infrastructure in a schema that's both accurate and capable of evolving.
• Ability to work directly with infrastructure engineers (the end users of what you build) to understand their workflows, identify pain points, and translate messy real-world processes into clean data models and APIs.
• Comfort working on a newly formed team where you'll be making early architectural decisions that compound over time. We need someone who is deliberate about tradeoffs and can move quickly without being reckless or sacrificing performance.

Experience & Leadership

• 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience, with meaningful senior-level ownership of production systems and the data layers behind them.
• Strong communication skills. You'll be working across network engineering, fleet engineering, operations, frontend, and design. You need to clearly explain technical decisions and advocate for backend considerations in cross-functional discussions.
• Strong sense of ownership for the systems you build and the people who depend on them.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience with datacenter operations, infrastructure planning, or familiarity with DCIM tools like NetBox, Infrahub or Sunbird.
• Experience with CockroachDB specifically, including its distributed SQL model and operational characteristics.
• Experience building systems that handle complex graph-like or hierarchical relational data (asset trees, network topologies, dependency graphs).
• Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code, Terraform, or GitOps workflows.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, change data capture, or audit logging for compliance-sensitive systems.

This position is responsible for owning the site-level utilities path required to advance data center developments from early diligence through development readiness, construction alignment, and delivery to Operations — from dirt to blinky lights.

This role owns the end-to-end execution of site-specific utility workflows, ensuring every project has a clear, validated, and de-risked path to capacity. The role operates hands-on with all utilities, developers, and internal teams to manage utility feasibility, delivery timelines, cost assumptions, and execution risk.

You will work closely on utility execution, schedule, budget, local relationships,  government affairs, and internal grid-planning teams, which remain responsible for policy, regulatory engagement, and long-range system planning.

What You’ll Do:

Site-Level Utility  Ownership (Hard Development Gate)

• Own site-specific power feasibility and validation for all Development opportunities.
• Serve as a hard Development gate — no site advances without a confirmed, executable utilities path.
• Validate availability, delivery timelines, upgrade requirements, costs, and risk profiles.

Utility Coordination & Execution

• Act as the primary site-level technical point of contact with utility providers.
• Drive  overall utility coordination, design reviews, infrastructure planning, development budgeting to turn over execution.
• Hold utilities and external partners accountable to agreed delivery schedules and milestones.
• Support on-the-ground engagement internal and external teams  with utilities, municipalities, and local stakeholders.

Alternative Power & Acceleration Strategies

• Support alternative power structures where required to accelerate delivery or mitigate risk.
• Translate alternative power paths into a clear schedule, cost, and execution impacts for Development decision-making.

Cross-Functional Integration

• Serve as the connective tissue across Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, Gov/Tax, Sustainability, Design, and Construction.
• Ensure power costs, timelines, and risks are accurately reflected in:
• Development schedules
• TCO and financial models
• Executive-level materials supporting go / no-go decisions

Construction & Operations Alignment

• Partner closely with Construction teams during Development and execution to:
• validate construction schedules and sequencing,
• Align power delivery milestones with build and commissioning plans,
• Support a clean handoff to Day 1 Operations and early operational stabilization.

This role supports construction and operational readiness but does not own construction execution.

Reporting, Governance & Communication

• Roll up all utility-related outputs through the Principal of Development, who serves as the single point of contact by jurisdiction.
• Maintain a single source of truth for:
• all site utility status,
• delivery timelines,
• risks and mitigations across the Development pipeline.
• Prepare clear, executive-ready materials (presentations, summaries, risk readouts) for leadership review and decision-making.

Contracting & Legal Support

• Partner with Legal to support negotiation and execution of: Utility Service Agreements, Interconnection Agreements, and Easements and site-specific power rights

Development-Stage Technical Due Diligence

• Take evaluation package from power teams, translate to site-specific deliverables and schedule for all utility infrastructure post diligence.
• Pressure-test assumptions to ensure Development schedules remain executable through construction and Ops handoff.

Travel Requirements:

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly (25–40%), including:
• site visits and jurisdictional reviews,
• utility and municipal meetings,
• partner and developer coordination,
• collaboration with Design, Construction, and Operations teams.
• Comfortable serving as the on-the-ground Development representative for ALL  utilities.

Who You Are:

• 10+ years of experience in power, utilities, or energy infrastructure supporting large-scale data center, industrial, or infrastructure developments.
• Proven experience aligning utility infrastructure delivery with complex construction sequencing and master project schedules.
• Demonstrated expertise in the full project development lifecycle, including early-stage supporting internal teams feasibility assessments, due diligence, and execution planning.
• Extensive experience managing direct relationships and negotiations with U.S. utility providers, specifically regarding large-load (100MW+) interconnections across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of utility tariffs, interconnection processes, and site-level power cost modeling.
• Advanced understanding of utility tariffs, interconnection regulatory processes, and site-level power cost modeling.

Preferred:

• Extensive experience supporting the full construction lifecycle, from project inception through commissioning and transition to operational stabilization.
• Direct experience in utility operations or a utility-facing execution role with a proven track record across national or multi-regional U.S. markets.
• Technical familiarity with complex construction schedules, procurement of long-lead electrical equipment, and practical constructability assessments.
• Demonstrated mastery of project management fundamentals, including the ability to mitigate risks and manage critical-path dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Experience developing high-level reporting, presentations, and strategic content to facilitate data-driven decision-making for executive leadership.
• Professional exposure to Joint Venture (JV) frameworks or capital-partner development models within a real estate or infrastructure context.

The base salary range for this role is $161,000 to  $215,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. About the Role

In this role, you will develop and execute a clear, forward-thinking product strategy and roadmap for CoreWeave’s portfolio of products, aligning with both market trends and the company’s overall objectives. You will conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, workloads, technologies, and potential opportunities in the AI Hyperscaler domain, while working closely with product, engineering, and design teams to align different products in CoreWeave’s portfolio. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making data-informed decisions.
