We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Account Executive to drive Commvault’s growth across New South Wales. You will be responsible for achieving quota by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts within a defined territory of commercial and mid-market organisations.
This is a field-based role, combining direct customer engagement with partner-led selling. You will own the full sales lifecycle - from prospecting through to close - while managing a high-velocity pipeline and maintaining strong relationships across customers, partners, and internal teams.
Your focus will be on secure software, SaaS, AI-enabled, and cloud-based data protection solutions that support compliance, resilience, and digital transformation.
How You Will Make An Impact:
Identify and qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities in order to achieve revenue quota on a quarterly and annual basis
Maintain a high level of face-to-face meeting activity with customers, prospects and partners on a weekly basis
Develop a territory plan to best leverage partners, alliances and existing relationships to build and maintain a robust pipeline of new logo opportunities
Identify and build strategic relationships with local partners to aid in pipeline generation
Lead partner relationships, assist in rolling out partner programs and partner sales and technical enablement
Cultivate strategic working relationships with clients, maintaining a high level of contact
Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to new and existing clients with quantifiable business cases and strategic and technical value propositions
Negotiate and close deals following the company’s practices and processes
Leverage internal sales tools and processes to drive opportunities to a successful close.
Ensure orders meet all legal and financial requirements
Plan, attend and coordinate executive briefings
Maintain a high level of relevant industry, Commvault and driven knowledge
What You Will Bring:
Strong success in software or SaaS sales, ideally in commercial or mid-market segments.
Strong new business focus with a proven ability to build and convert pipeline
Experience selling complex platforms, with clear articulation of business and financial value.
Solid grounding in IT infrastructure, cloud, data protection, or storage markets.
Track record of working with and through channel and alliance partners
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies
Disciplined in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM usage (e.g. Salesforce).

Cloud Partner Development Manager, ANZ
We are seeking a dynamic cloud partner sales development manager to lead our hyperscaler field sales strategy and execution across Australia & New Zealand (ANZ). The right candidate will have expertise across all three major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure and GCP) with proven success in generating revenue acceleration for cloud co-sell opportunities. In this role, the hyperscaler PDM will be responsible for engaging, enabling and connecting the hyperscaler GTM organisations with the Commvault field sales and GTM organisation, building new joint pursuit opportunities.
This candidate and role requires strategic and consultative sales mastery coupled with business development acumen. This person’s number one focus will be to build and scale programs that drive repeatable and measurable business outcomes in the region.
The ideal candidate has a background in cloud solutions for cyber-resiliency and/or data security with a passion for evangelising transformational enterprise solutions across multi-cloud environments.
This is a market-facing evangelist position that requires someone who can articulate why cyber resilience is a transformative force in the cloud era, inspire partners to act, and build scalable programs that drive measurable business outcomes with sales teams both internal and external to Commvault.
You will be the strategic bridge between Commvault, our cloud partners (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), our reseller/GSI/MSP partners, and the regional field organisation. Success in this role means partners are actively pulling Commvault into more opportunities, field teams are equipped and energised, and the market recognises Commvault as the definitive leader in cloud data protection.
This role requires significant in-market presence in key ANZ markets as determined by regional leadership. You will be required to travel regularly to build relationships, present at partner events, and maintain visible, on-the-ground leadership.

As a Subscription Renewals Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer retention and growth within a defined territory. Focused on achieving sales targets by renewing existing Commvault customers, you will lead efforts in the Land-Adopt-Expand-Renew journey to ensure continued success and value realization. This is an inside sales role that relies heavily on proactive customer engagement through telephone, video conferencing, and email communication. What You Need to Be Ready:
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in renewal sales or inside sales.

Renewal experience working with SaaS /software customers
A proven ability to drive high transaction volumes and increase sales revenue.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage customers effectively.
A results-driven attitude with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

The Sales Engineer (SE) is a technical sales role responsible for driving pre-sales engagement across strategic Commercial accounts in Sydney. This position requires a strong technical account leader who can align technology solutions to business outcomes, influence executive stakeholders, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Experience & Background
5+ years in the software, cloud, or data management industry

Data management (backup, recovery, replication, compliance)
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, hybrid environments)
Infrastructure (storage, compute, networking, hypervisors)
