How You'll Make an Impact:

As the Manager, HRBP you will be a strategic partner to senior leaders and a key point of support for Cloudbeds team members across Spain and the broader EMEA region.

In addition to serving as the HRBP for one of our global business units:

• CS + Onboarding

You will also own all regional employment and contractor/EOR compliance. This includes Spain’s labor laws, CBAs, Equality Plans, and EOR/contractor oversight across multiple EMEA countries.

You will help shape organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, guide culture and team member relations, and contribute directly to our global People strategy.

You will work closely with HRBPs, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Workday/Systems, and senior leadership at all levels — Leads, Managers, Directors, VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives.

This is a highly visible, strategic role critical to a growing and complex region.

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing confidential and sensitive team member information, supporting internal audits, and coordinating region-specific compliance initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leverage HR systems like Workday for data accuracy and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes. Given the scope and autonomy of the role, this position requires a solid understanding of regional employment practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently across time zones.

What You Bring to the Team:

Strategic HR Partnership: 

• Serve as the primary HRBP for:
• CS + Onboarding

• Partner with leaders across multiple levels to understand business needs and align People strategies.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent programs, and change initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights to help build inclusive, high-performing teams.

Team Member Relations and Culture

• Manage and resolve complex team member relations with confidentiality and strong judgment.
• Support development conversations, performance management, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
• Partner on global and regional engagement and culture initiatives.

Regional Employment and Contractor Compliance

Own compliance across Spain and EMEA, including:

Spain

• Employment law and regulatory requirements
• Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)
  Equality Plans
  Mandatory conciliation processes
• Termination and documentation compliance

EMEA

• Multi-country employment and contractor regulations
• EOR (Employer of Record) compliance for EMEA countries
• Contractor policy alignment
• Regional documentation requirements

Work closely with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to ensure compliant processes across the entire team member and contractor lifecycle.

People Operations and HR Systems

• Partner with People Ops on onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential team member data in Workday.
• Support compensation cycles, calibrations, and workforce reporting.
• Partner with Business Systems to troubleshoot Workday workflows or data issues.

Global HRBP Collaboration

• Work with HRBPs across NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure global consistency in practices and programs.
• Support global People initiatives, including performance, DEI, compensation, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Strengthen cross-regional People processes and communication.

What Sets You Up for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
• Experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations.
  Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, CBAs, Equality Plans, and conciliation processes.
  Experience with EOR and contractor compliance across EMEA.
  Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong data manipulation and analysis skills in Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and a high level of integrity.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones.
• Strong judgment, ownership, confidentiality, and problem-solving.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment.
• Workday experience is a strong plus.

How You'll Make an Impact:

As Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding Cloudbeds' presence. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospects, and showcasing how Cloudbeds’ industry-leading SaaS solutions are transforming the hospitality space. This is a hunting role focused on acquiring new clients.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Assess market trends and opportunities in your assigned territory to identify and engage new prospects.
• Prepare targeted lead lists and engage in proactive outreach, including a high volume of cold-calling, to drive sales.
• Identify and communicate potential partnership opportunities to our Partnerships team to strengthen Cloudbeds’ market position. 
• Deliver impactful product demonstrations, both virtually and in person, to highlight how Cloudbeds can solve key challenges for hospitality businesses.
• Attend local events and visit properties to connect with potential customers (less than 10% travel required).
• Serve as the face of Cloudbeds in your local market, representing the brand with confidence and expertise.
