YOUR MISSION
The Director of Public Relations, North America is responsible for building demand, cultural relevance, and sustained visibility for Cirque du Soleil across all North American markets.
This role exists to move PR from a reactive media relations function to a strategic demand amplifier—one that creates anticipation, cultural heat, and urgency around shows, while reinforcing Cirque du Soleil’s super‑premium brand positioning.
Based in Las Vegas, this role acts as the regional PR and reputation lead, ensuring consistent, high‑impact communications across resident and touring shows, while remaining tightly aligned with global brand strategy and corporate reputation standards.

Vendor Relationship Coordinator
Hybrid work model – 4 days/week in the office
Permanent/Full-Time Position
Reporting to the Business Partner Relationship Manager, this role supports multiple stages of the product development lifecycle, including purchasing, invoicing, SKU creation, market research, and vendor communication.
This position is responsible for creating, tracking, and managing purchase orders (POs) to ensure products are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with expectations—working closely with Product Development, Logistics, Finance, and Warehouse teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that values precision, accountability, and proactive communication.
Roles and Responsibilities
Creates, issues, and maintains all merchandise purchase orders (POs) in alignment with product development timelines, vendor production schedules, and show requirements.
Tracks and updates PO statuses regularly, ensuring all key details, such as quantities, ship dates, costs, and approvals, are accurate and up to date.
Creates SKUs and POs for all new products and manage reorder POs as needed.
Monitors order progress and proactively address any delays, shortages, or discrepancies.
Acts as the primary liaison with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensures all goods are shipped, received, and delivered according to PO requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Manages the full payables process related to each PO, including down payment requests, invoice validation, and payment tracking.
Partners with the Planning team to monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Communicates regularly with vendors and internal stakeholders to confirm production progress, shipment timelines, and product quality expectations.
Maintains master trackers for POs, vendors, shipments, and payments, ensuring consistent reporting accuracy.
Supports store openings and merchandise launches by ensuring products arrive complete, correctly labeled, and on schedule.

Qualifications and Experience
Associates degree in Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or on the job/work equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years in traditional and/or non-traditional retail outlets, preferably in the entertainment industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of ethical sourcing and sustainable practices is a plus
Strong attention to detail and robust organizational skills
Knowledge of all MS Office and Adobe Products is an asset
