POSITION SUMMARY
CIQ is seeking a highly experienced Senior or Principal AI Engineer to own and drive AI/ML innovation across our product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering and systems performance - the right candidate brings deep expertise in model inference optimization, training workflows, and production AI deployment, combined with a strong instinct for performance at the systems level.
In this role, you will be the AI engineering standard-bearer at CIQ. You will design and build turnkey AI workload examples - both internal reference pipelines and customer-facing solutions - ensuring that CIQ’s AI story is always compelling, practical, and demonstrably best-in-class. You will integrate deeply with Fuzzball, CIQ’s cloud-native computing platform, running AI workloads end-to-end through it and helping customers do the same.

CIQ is seeking a highly experienced Senior or Principal Performance Engineer to own and drive system-level and application-level performance across our product portfolio. This is an AI-first role, both in methodology and focus area, and the right candidate will bring deep expertise in operating system internals, kernel and userspace performance, and the performance demands of modern AI workloads, HPC environments, general-purpose computing, and production service workloads.
In this role, you will be the standard-bearer for performance at CIQ. Our performance-focused solutions must always be the fastest in the industry, and you will be responsible for ensuring that remains true. You will be intimately involved with Fuzzball, CIQ's cloud-native computing platform, learning its architecture end-to-end and integrating workloads - both user-facing and CI/testing pipelines - directly through it.

CIQ is looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager who brings technical depth to execute content, enablement, and programs that require genuine infrastructure expertise to succeed.
This role operates from established positioning and messaging to produce the assets that move technical buyers through the funnel and equip sales teams to win complex deals. You will own CIQ's technical content library and webinar program, build the sales enablement collateral that reps and SEs actually use, and provide the competitive intelligence that sharpens how we sell. You will work closely with product management, engineering, and sales to stay current on the product and close the gap between what CIQ builds and what the market understands about it.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Linux Sales Engineer, you will showcase excellent communication and client management skills. You will be responsible for analyzing client organizations’ systems to identify weaknesses and risks, proactively delivering clear, easy-to-understand assessments, and providing tangible solutions to mitigate those risks. You will also be expected to confidently defend your assessments when required.
You will also be part of the deal team, facilitating the sales process to a win-win conclusion. To be successful in this role, you must be articulate and able to speak to people of importance at the highest levels with respect and with quiet confidence. You will bring a strong understanding of confidentiality, maintain a high level of professionalism in conduct and appearance, and present yourself well with excellent communication skills and strong technical knowledge. You will report to the Regional Head of the Middle East and will work with other US-based departments as needed to maximize success. Travel within the region will be required from time to time.
