The Demand Generation Manager – EMEA will play a key role in driving pipeline and revenue growth across the EMEA region through regional demand generation programs and targeted account-based marketing initiatives. This role is the regional owner of demand generation in EMEA and serves as the primary digital demand generation focal point for the EMEA sales organisation. 

This role owns end-to-end execution of EMEA demand programs, while acting as a strategic partner to regional sales and marketing teams. 

 EMEA Demand Generation Ownership 

• Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution for the EMEA region 

• Act as the focal point for all EMEA digital demand generation activities for the sales teams in the region 

• Translate regional sales goals into demand generation plans 

• Ensure alignment between global demand generation strategy and EMEA execution 

• Identify growth opportunities, channels, and programs to scale regional impact  

Digital Campaign Creation & Execution 

• Create and execute EMEA-focused digital demand programs, including: 

• Webinars (planning, content creation, promotion, execution, and follow-up) 

• Content syndication campaigns via 3rd party vendors 

• Email marketing and nurture campaigns 

• Digital lead generation campaigns (with our PPC department) 

• Own campaign setup, execution, testing, optimization, and performance tracking 

• Ensure campaigns are localised and aligned to EMEA buyer needs  

EMEA Sales Alignment Lead 

• Serve as the trusted digital demand generation partner for EMEA sales and regional marketing teams 

• Align demand generation programs with regional sales priorities and motions 

• Support priority accounts, segments, and territories with targeted campaigns 

• Provide clear visibility into campaign performance and pipeline contribution  

1:1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM) 

• Own the planning and execution of 1:1 ABM campaigns for strategic EMEA accounts 

• Partner closely with EMEA sales teams to identify target accounts and buying groups 

• Create tailored messaging, content, and digital plays to support account progression 

• Measure ABM performance based on engagement, pipeline impact, and revenue influence  

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Collaborate closely with internal teams: Sales,  Marketing,Content, Localisation, and Marketing Operations 

• Work with global teams to adapt campaigns and assets for EMEA execution 

• Handle vendor contracts & Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies supporting webinars, content syndication, digital campaigns and ABM initiatives 
• Own and manage the EMEA demand generation budget, including planning, forecasting, and spend optimisation 

Required Qualifications 

• 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing 

• Proven hands-on experience building and executing digital demand generation programs 

• Demonstrated past experience working with and supporting the EMEA region 

• Prior ownership of regional demand generation programs 

• Experience managing vendors and agencies 

• Experience in creating and running webinars, content syndication, and email marketing campaigns 

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards 

• Proven experience utilising AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimisation frameworks to enhance campaign execution, personalisation at scale, and operational efficiency  

• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead lifecycle, and pipeline impact 

• Experience working closely with sales teams in a regional or field-aligned model 

• Data-driven mindset with experience analysing and optimising campaign performance 
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills 

Nice to Have Qualifications 

• Experience running 1:1 ABM campaigns 

• Background in cybersecurity, networking, SaaS, or enterprise technology 

The Social Media Manager is responsible for shaping how the company communicates to the market through high-impact content.

You will translate complex cybersecurity and technology concepts into clear, compelling narratives that drive awareness, build credibility, and support pipeline growth. Working closely with leadership, product, and sales teams, you will turn internal expertise into content that resonates with enterprise audiences.

This is a writing-focused role requiring strong editorial judgment, content strategy, and the ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level.

Responsibilities:

• Write and publish high-impact content across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms
• Translate complex cybersecurity and technology concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content
• Partner with executives, sales leaders, and subject matter experts to extract insights and develop compelling narratives
• Develop and manage efficient content workflows to support consistent, high-quality output
• Establish and maintain a strong, differentiated brand voice aligned with the company’s positioning
• Produce content at scale while maintaining technical accuracy and credibility
• Repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars, customer conversations, product updates) into engaging short-form assets
• Continuously test and refine messaging, formats, and content approaches to improve performance
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategy based on data, audience engagement, and business impact
• Support key initiatives including product launches, thought leadership, and competitive positioning
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with business priorities
• Stay current on cybersecurity trends, buyer needs, and digital platform dynamics

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in content, communications, or marketing, preferably within cybersecurity or enterprise technology
• Proven experience creating content for senior enterprise audiences, including CIOs, CISOs, and other executive stakeholders
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for business and technical decision-makers
• Experience partnering with executives and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and channels
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality content at scale while maintaining accuracy and credibility
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, challenges, and buyer priorities
• Experience using modern content tools and workflows to drive efficiency and impact
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use performance data to inform content strategy
• Highly collaborative, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

A reasonable estimate of compensation for this role, at the time of posting, is $140,000 - $175,000.
