How This Role Makes A Difference

As a Senior Enterprise Performance Analyst, you will be the architectural link between raw data and strategic action. By synthesizing insights from across the organization, you’ll empower leaders with the visibility needed to optimize site operations and steer high-level decision-making.

How You'll Make An Impact

Design and deploy interactive dashboards and analytical reports to proactively track and monitor quality metrics, providing the visibility needed for teams to meet performance standards
Decode and analyze complex performance datasets to pinpoint the exact levers that optimize patient service levels and accelerate clinical trial delivery
Lead both high-frequency reporting and deep-dive ad hoc analytics to keep business initiatives on track and aligned with organizational goals
Partner with departmental leaders across the entire value chain to gather necessary information, ensuring accurate tracking performance with the goal of cross-functional improvements
Architect key indicators across departments, leading team efforts to produce data that sheds light on execution performance, strengths, and hidden opportunities
Serve as a business consultant to the operations team and a technical point of contact for strategic customers when required.
Act as a force multiplier by mentoring junior analysts and championing data literacy through systems training across the organization

The Expertise You'll Bring

Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI is essential for pulling together disparate data sets
A conceptual thinker who thrives in ambiguity; you can translate vague business problems into structured analytical projects and pivot as priorities change
A deep-seated curiosity to uncover the "why" behind the numbers, with the ability to create and support a narrative based on quantitative findings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to site-level staff and organizational leaders alike
Highly organized with a track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments

Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience

2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, enterprise performance, or a similar strategic role. Experience in healthcare or clinical trials is highly preferred
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is required

How We Work Together

Location: Remote within the United States. This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment.
Travel: This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.
Physical demands associated with this position Include: The ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment.

The expected salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD per year for full time team members.

How This Role Makes a Difference

The Director of Clinical Research Operations provides leadership and oversight for all clinical staff supporting brick-and-mortar research sites, mobile/pop-up sites, and hybrid clinical trial models. This role ensures high-quality study execution, regulatory compliance, and strong clinical performance across a geographically dispersed workforce, including traveling CRCs and mobile clinical teams.

How You'll Make An Impact

Clinical Operations Management
- Oversight for traveling clinical staff supporting decentralized operations at events and sites.
- Ensure high-quality protocol execution, participant safety, and adherence to GCP and FDA regulations.
- Oversee clinical workflows at sites and mobile deployments, resolving issues impacting quality, recruitment, or compliance.
People Management
- Manage, develop, and evaluate all clinical research staff (CRCs, nurses, mobile clinicians, and traveling staff).
- Implement training, competency standards, and performance expectations for all clinical staff.
- Provide input into staffing budgets, resource planning, and clinical support models.
Study Management
- Monitor enrollment, data quality, documentation practices, and clinical performance metrics.
- Partner with regulatory, medical, data, participant experience, and site operations teams to support successful trial delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.

The Expertise Required

Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and performance-management skills.
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage diverse clinical teams.

Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field required; advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of clinical research operations experience, including leadership of multisite or dispersed clinical teams
Experience overseeing CRCs, nurses, mobile clinicians, or traveling clinical staff.

Travel: This role requires up to 20-40% travel requirements further explained below. Length of travel will depend upon study requirements, staff needs, and company initiatives.

The expected base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 USD per year. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus as part of its overall cash compensation.
