Key Responsibilities
The Partner Services Relationship Coordinator plays a central role within boxxe’s commercial business unit, which includes Purchasing, Supplier Management, Deal Registration, Order Management, and Logistics.
This position is responsible for building, developing, and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with our partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination across hardware, software, licensing, support, and services. While the role may support a wide range of partners and vendors, the core focus is on strengthening partner engagement, understanding their programmes and commercial frameworks, and enabling smooth operational alignment.
A crucial part of the role is ensuring that all partner interactions, service requests, and commercial processes are delivered within SLA and align with partner expectations. The Coordinator ensures clear, consistent, and accurate communication to enhance partner engagement, support sales effectiveness, protect margin, and deliver a high-quality partner experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong commercial and analytical instincts, and is passionate about improving processes, building strong partner relationships, and contributing to a high-performing team.
What you’ll be doing
· Processing Information: Manage high volumes of data and communication across email, ERP (NetSuite), CRM, vendor portals, and distribution systems—ensuring accuracy, traceability, and efficient workflow management.
· Putting the Partner First: Centre partner experience in all activities for both internal and external stakeholders.
· Managing Partner Relationships & Expectations: Build strong, collaborative relationships with partners by understanding their requirements, aligning expectations, and ensuring smooth interactions. Provide clear guidance, proactive communication, and consistent follow‑up to deliver a high‑quality partner experience.
· Performance Excellence: Deliver against performance metrics and KPIs to maintain and improve overall service quality that enhances partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.
· Innovating: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy, including automation opportunities within NetSuite and complementary third‑party platforms.
· Championing Diversity and Sustainability: Support and promote diversity and sustainability initiatives through partner programmes where applicable.
· Quoting: Create accurate, validated, and commercially aligned quotations—including new support services, renewals, and relevant partner offerings—ensuring alignment with vendor pricing structures and internal commercial guidelines.
· Commercial Data & Insight: Interpret data and trends to support pricing decisions, opportunity qualification, and commercial insights that strengthen partner alignment.
· Order Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of partner orders—from initial request through to completion—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established processes.
· Partner Coordination: Communicate directly with partners to clarify requirements, provide updates, resolve queries, and maintain strong working relationships.
Requirements
· Industry Experience: Proven experience in a sales admin or commercial role within the Technology industry, specifically the IT Channel. Ideally, experience should be within a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) environment with an international presence.
· Complex Sales Cycles: Experience in managing complex sales cycles and delivering outstanding customer service.
· Partner Relationships: Proven ability to effectively build and maintain partner relationships.
· Attention to Detail: Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for numbers.
· Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
· Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with individuals at all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities
The Hybrid Infrastructure Business Manager will be accountable for the strategic development of their allocated Partners, specifically focused on hybrid cloud technologies. They will be responsible for creating business plans to ensure growth and development of that technology. They will need to align their Partners with boxxe’s tech strategy and collaborate with all stakeholders within boxxe and the Partner. They will be responsible for ensuring the Partners are as profitable as possible and we hold the highest accreditation level available. They will be an advocate of their managed technologies by promoting these within our sales and technical teams. They will also require an understanding of the market and where the opportunity is for hybrid cloud technologies.
What you’ll be doing
· Managing relationships with your assigned partners; this will include working closely with your counterparts at the designated partners to ensure alignment
· Creating business plans which align with boxxe sales & technical strategy, ensuring these are updated on a regular basis.
· Ensuring we are the highest partner level with your assigned partners; informing the wider business and working with different teams to overcome any obstacles stopping us from achieving this.
· Working with the business to understand the direction we want to go in with your assigned partner and ensuring we have the supporting certifications/specialisations to get us to that goal.
· Ensuring that the Sales Teams are working collaboratively with the rest of the business to deliver the best customer experience when positioning/implementing your partner’s solution.
· Acting as an escalation for any complex partner issues/queries.
· Keeping a close eye on the Partner revenue and GP numbers with an aim to grow your Partners on an annual basis. Providing feedback to the Hybrid Cloud Technology Lead on any challenges and risks that affect your Partner growth.
· Organise and host partner meetings / enablement / collaboration sessions in a hybrid form.
· On occasion you will travel to partner events to represent boxxe; – you will be asked to provide feedback to the business, any outcomes and business value these events provide.
· You will be required to learn and specialise in your partners’ technology.
· You will have to work closely with Partner Marketing Specialist to create marketing campaigns, create customer beneficial events, submitting for partner awards, managing, and tracking partner MDF and rebates.
