WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to help build and scale Box’s partner marketing motion across EMEA. This role is ideal for someone who can shape the foundations, strategy and lead the day-to-day execution required to bring it to life. You will create structure, establish effective ways of working, and directly drive integrated marketing programs with strategic partners across the region. Working across technology partners, system integrators, hyperscalers, and resellers, you will develop and execute joint marketing initiatives that build pipeline, accelerate growth, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who can earn credibility with internal stakeholders and external partners, influence without authority, and clearly articulate the commercial value of joint marketing investments. This person will be expected to foster deep partner commitment, align teams around shared goals, and hold partners accountable for execution and results. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, strong communication, and a passion for building impactful partner programs in a fast-moving environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Help build Box’s partner marketing presence in EMEA by creating structure, introducing effective operating methods, and establishing repeatable programs in a developing partner ecosystem.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with strategic partners and internal cross-functional teams to drive to drive alignment, pipeline, and increase ARR.
Work closely with partner sales and business development teams to create pipeline and accelerate growth across different partner types.
Clearly communicate the value of Box’s partner strategy through market to campaigns that build mindshare, reinforce value, and showcase tangible business outcomes.Prepare and articulate success metrics for partners through QBRs, executive readouts, and internal updates at Box.
Build joint value propositions and messaging to fuel go to market programs.
Educate and inform partner-facing field teams on the partner marketing strategy and how to activate it effectively through their plans, ensuring each strategy cross pollinates to support the other.
Align the business on success metrics for the different stages of partner maturity.
Use data to continually analyze program performance, evolve strategy, and hold partners and stakeholders accountable for execution and outcomes.
WHO YOU ARE
5+ years of relevant marketing experience with 2+ years of partner marketing experience
Experience marketing enterprise software with system integrators, technology partners and resellers
Ability to manage and prioritize 5-10 partners at a time
Event strategy and execution experience with partners
Demand gen experience managing programs connected to lead creation
Content creation skills – ability to transform stories into marketing collateral
The mentality of a builder and a learner — figuring out how to achieve results and establish best practices
Ability to operate both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity, bringing creativity and inventive problem solving to your work
Proven collaborative experience, driving consensus across diverse teams in multiple departments and functions
Excellent communication skills, ranging from the ability to craft brief, high-impact written communications, to presenting to senior executives inside and outside our company

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sr. Compliance Manager who is looking to put their auditing experience, technical expertise, and information security knowledge to plan, execute and deliver on existing and strategic new Compliance certifications in Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA).
As our Sr. Compliance Manager, you are a certification expert with extensive experience providing audits for security certifications in EMEA. The Sr. Compliance Manager is responsible for building out Box’s certification portfolio within the EMEA region.
You will work closely with US certifications team, engineering and product teams to ensure we achieve and maintain our certifications. You will work with all functions of this fast-paced, rapidly changing business, and directly with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, communication and education with Box's internal and external customers.
The right person be excellent at communicating vertically and horizontally across the company and will be comfortable explaining Box's compliance posture to both internal and external customers, working cross-functionally and providing technical and creative guidance to technical teams.

Build, own and drive the EMEA Certification program
Support the Global Compliance team with a specific focus on EMEA
Interface with EMEA customers and third-party auditors during assessments
Gather and Access evidence to support Compliance requirements
Monitor, analyze, interpret and provide compliance guidance on new applicability of requirements from EMEA frameworks which may include changes to product features, deviations, and in the infrastructure
Monitor, identify and validate compliance issues and follow-up
Drive improvements in existing processes and develop new innovative and efficient solutions
Communicate gaps to management and coordinate cross functional team meetings to remediate and close the control gaps
Collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams internally and external stakeholders
Accurately and effectively communicate our compliance position and programs to auditors and customers
WHO YOU ARE

BS degree in Business or Management Information Systems or related field OR equivalent work experience
7+ years experience in an equivalent technology risk and compliance related role
Technical understanding of GCP cloud platforms, including how services are used and secured against security audit controls
Experience working with Global GRC tools and processes
Extensive knowledge of at least 2 or more of the following compliance frameworks Cyber Essentials plus, C5, NIST 800-53, PCI, SOC, ISO 27x
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Big 4 Experience or Management Consulting Experience preferred
Willingness to wear different hats and work on areas where needed
