SVP, Operations
This is a critical Senior Leadership Team role at Boingo. You will be responsible for managing the execution, deployment, and ongoing operational performance of Boingo’s in-building network infrastructure solutions across premier venues, with primary focus on the U.S. and Canada. This includes the teams and partners that design, cost, build, activate, operate, and maintain our DAS, Small Cell, and other in-building wireless networks.
Success in this role requires a highly experienced, meticulous, and dynamic leader who can drive consistent field execution while partnering effectively with internal stakeholders and external venue, carrier, and integration partners. This position is customer-facing and requires the ability to represent Boingo credibly in executive-level discussions and presentations.

Who we’re looking for: Boingo Wireless is hiring a Tier II Customer Service Agent to support our Wi‑Fi and cellular solutions—including high-speed broadband for U.S. military customers. You’ll troubleshoot connectivity issues, guide customers to resolution, and escalate when needed. We’re a modern, friendly team that values professionalism, ownership, and a consistently positive, customer-first attitude.
Schedule (Part-time): Thursday and Friday from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm / 16 hours/week

Program Manager
Boingo Wireless is constantly developing new products and services for use with our worldwide network of hotspots, DAS, and Small Cells. We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager with experience managing the buildouts of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) in a variety of venue types including military and campus-type venues. The Program Manager will lead the cross-functional, lifecycle launch and change management of network buildouts, products, channel and partner requirements. The atmosphere we are trying to achieve at Boingo is one of nimbleness and quick response to changing market conditions. At the same time, we need to follow best practices in project management, and quality assurance. The successful candidate will reside in the Dallas Metro Area and have experience in project management within the telecommunications industry. Experience in both large company and small company environments are desirable.
