The Role
As the Director of Innovation and Product Marketing, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by shaping the product vision, defining product positioning, for new and existing products. This role identifies market opportunities that align with Bobbie’s brand, partners cross functionally to drive to successful product launches, and ensures alignment between product development (R&D), Brand, Commercial, and Operations teams to maximize adoption and ROI.

Our salaries are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Based on location and years of experience, the range for this role is $180,000 - $220,000.

This Role:
Bobbie is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our growing sales organization. In this role, you will own the systems, processes, and analytics that enable our sales team to operate with clarity and efficiency — from managing retailer data and forecasting pipelines to optimizing trade spend and supporting new distribution efforts. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure Bobbie's retail strategy is executed flawlessly at every level.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. The salary for this position is $105,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on geographic location & experience.

The Role
As the VP, Supply Chain, you will have a seat at the table to lead the strategy and the team responsible for expanding our scaling supply chain operations at Bobbie. Reporting to the COO, you will oversee and be accountable for our end-to-end supply chain, including logistics, fulfillment, planning, procurement, co-packing relationships and contracts. You will manage the team in place executing in these functions, and will expand the team to include required expertise to ensure Bobbie hits our target business milestones.
You will establish performance metrics for the organization and report out regularly on progress against our targets.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Content Strategy Manager to help scale our paid media programs with thumb-stopping creative and high-performance messaging across digital platforms. As the Paid Content Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that drive performance across paid media channels—primarily Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with growth marketing, creative, and brand teams to ensure our paid content resonates with our target audience and supports both acquisition and retention goals.

Our salaries are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. For fully remote roles, we have a single salary target per role that is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C).
Group A (SF/Bay Area, Seattle, NYC): $160,000
Group B (Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Philadelphia, Portland, Sacramento): $144,000
Group C (All Other Cities): $135,000

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to own Bobbie's core commercial engine. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will have end-to-end accountability for our revenue funnel across our omnichannel business — with primary ownership of Direct-to-Consumer/E-Commerce and full confidence leading Retail Sales growth. From strategy and planning through execution and performance, the CGO is responsible for driving profitable, scalable growth across our established channels, with deep ownership of the P&L, the customer, and the team that executes against both.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing and commercial leader with CPG roots and a deep appreciation for the power of a beloved brand. A proven track record of scaling food and beverage brands through digital and DTC channels is a must, paired with the strategic range to lead retail growth and the operational rigor to run a high-performing organization through a significant growth phase.

The Role
This Contractor position will report to Bobbie’s Medical Sales Manager and work within the Medical channel of the company. You will be engaging with healthcare professionals while clinically promoting Bobbie.
You should have the ability to communicate professionally the clinical qualities of both of our brands. You will work with the team to uncover new medical leads and opportunities. The ideal candidate is comfortable making introductory sales calls, having clinical conversations with health care professionals, and building relationships with medical practices.
