The Role
We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager, Adoption & Lifecycle to own and scale Bloomerang’s onboarding and adoption strategy as a key driver of customer value, retention, and revenue growth. This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle strategy, product adoption, and business impact, leveraging AI, automation, and behavioral data to build scalable, high-performing customer experiences.
This is a program ownership role—not just campaign execution—responsible for designing, executing, and continuously optimizing lifecycle systems that drive measurable outcomes. You are a data-driven marketer with SaaS experience in Customer, Lifecycle, or Product Marketing, with a proven track record of improving onboarding, driving feature adoption, and supporting expansion through targeted, multi-channel programs.
You operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, using data to inform decisions and drive end-to-end execution. Additionally, you’re a data-driven SaaS marketer with experience in lifecycle, customer, or product marketing, and a track record of translating insights into impactful, multi-channel programs that leverage agentic AI.
You’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue teams to translate business goals into impactful customer experiences across email and in-app channels in addition to helping with general customer communications as needed. This role also supports customer-facing initiatives, including webinars and virtual events, to drive engagement, education, and value realization.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $76,100 - $126,800. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
Travel
Occasional travel required, estimated at 3–4 times annually

The Role
We are searching for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and execute Bloomerang’s organic social media strategy. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our social media presence across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. You are both a creative storyteller and a data-driven strategist—someone who embraces emerging trends, experiments with out-of-the-box ideas, and consistently pushes the brand forward in innovative ways.
You are comfortable both behind and occasionally in front of the camera, with a strong passion for short-form video content and the ability to bring ideas to life through engaging, high-performing social media experiences. You bring experience using (and a willingness to experiment with) emerging AI tools to enhance creativity, improve efficiency, and evolve how social content is developed and delivered. You bring a proven track record in social media management, content creation, and strategic planning, along with a strong understanding of the nonprofit market.

We’re looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to help evolve Product Marketing into a more scalable, insight-driven, and operationally strong function. This role is equal parts strategic and operational. You will help shape how Product Marketing leverages AI, automation, and repeatable workflows to move faster and operate more effectively, while also leading and supporting key GTM, messaging, and enablement initiatives across Bloomerang’s product portfolio.
This is not a traditional PMM role focused only on launches and messaging. We are looking for a builder and operator — someone who can improve how PMM works, while also contributing directly to how Bloomerang goes to market. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable learning new tools and applying them in practical ways to improve team efficiency and impact. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing and partner closely with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, Enablement, RevOps, and Market Insights.
