Responsibilities for the Client Services Manager:
- Provide superior customer service and quality home care
- Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
- Manage your Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it
- Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
- Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
- Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics (admissions, % Medicare, referrals rejected by reason, etc.)
- Client Services Managers will partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees
Qualifications for a Client Services Manager:
- Bachelor degree is strongly preferred
- Prior knowledge of/experience with Medicare and OASIS a plus
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
- Homecare experience is a PLUS!
- Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning!

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Account Executive to fill the role of Marketing Manager to develop and manage relationships with referral sources in the community to promote BAYADA Home Health Care services and help expand our Medicare home health business in Lancaster and Lebanon counties, PA. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Generating referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.
- Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.
- Conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity.
- Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least two years recent sales experience in the health care industry, preferably in home health care.
- Formal sales training.
- Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
- Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
- Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
- The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Associate supervises activities connected to the accounts payable function. The individuals in this role ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports. The Associate is responsible for preparing accounts payable register and related reports as well as the coordination and oversight of the weekly check settlement run processes. It is an entry level professional track position and will offer training and continuing education to support a career in management and leadership within BAYADA Home Health Care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Four (4) year college degree.
- Three (3) to five (5) years related accounting work experience.
- Prior health care and home care experience is a plus.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Administer preparation and processing of weekly Accounts Payable check settlement runs and distribute
- checks to Group Controllers or their designees.
- Review expense reports for authorization and proper coding and submit for payment.
- Coordinate with other departmental divisions to ensure timely payment of invoices and expenses.
- Respond promptly to routine internal/external inquiries, furnishing supporting documentation where applicable.
- Support the team and provide back up as needed.
- Validate W-9 information received from vendors.
- Support annual audits and compliance reviews as needed.
- Control, reconcile and replenish petty cash accounts.
- Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
- Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verify appropriate payment authorization on invoices.
- Properly code invoices.
- Match invoices to checks, validate accuracy and mail checks.
- Scan and electronically organize invoices.
- Be sure deadlines are being met and communicate to Director of Financial Reporting when there is a potential problem.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with the organization’s principal contacts including, where necessary, employees and vendors.
- Answer telephones, greet visitors and generate professional correspondence as necessary for office needs.
- Prepare meeting rooms as needed.

The TCM will:

Leads field staff in delivering excellent client service, clinical care, quality, and adherence to policies and procedures. Accountable for internal case management and field staff evaluation and development.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of an accredited and approved nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma, BSN preferred and required based on state regulations.
- Has a minimum of two (2) years of recent, verifiable, related clinical experience, preferably at least one (1) year in hospice, palliative or home care.
- Prior supervisory experience commensurate with program requirements.
- Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated record of goal achievement.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully taking on more responsibility with positive results and ambition to grow past current position.
- Achieves a passing score on the appropriate nursing quiz and all required competency tests appropriate to the type of cases that the Clinical Manager will be supervising.
- Completed Nursing Skills Checklist demonstrating knowledge and skills appropriate to the end-of-life population.
- Completed criminal background and federal/state program exclusions checks.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct client assessments and complete the care planning process on an as-needed basis. Provide oversight and education to RN case managers completing these tasks:
- Perform a comprehensive client assessment at admission and on an ongoing basis.
- Identify the client’s needs for specific services and resources and direct them accordingly.
- Initiate referrals for additional services as needed to obtain the highest quality outcomes for the client.
- Establish and update the care plan and goals in collaboration with the IDG, client/family.
- Consult with the physician and obtain the physician’s orders for care as required and per policy.
- As a member of the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), responsible for clinical and client case management.
- Act as an internal case manager and client advocate and as a member of the IDG, communicate and collaborate with IDG members regarding client status, care plan, and expected outcomes.
- Make regular client visits, per policy, to evaluate client progress toward goals.
- Supports the initial and ongoing education of nurse case managers, home health aides, social workers, and spiritual counselors as needed.
- Supports the complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in the client chart and electronic systems through the ongoing review of clinical documentation.
- Participate in the Infection Control Program by identifying and reporting infections and risks. Conduct investigation for infection trends and practice issues. Develop an action plan for improvement as needed.
- Conduct field investigations of all required Incident Reports (client and employee), including post-fall investigations. Complete follow-up and necessary documentation in a timely manner to enhance safe client care/services.
- Coordinate ongoing communication with MCO and Insurance Case Managers.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager:
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Work closely with the Rehab Manager (where applicable), Director, and DCO to ensure cohesive and consistent management of all field staff.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Nurse Manager for our brand new Columbia, MO Habilitation office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Columbia area.
As a Clinical Manager your day may look like this!
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise the habilitation tech staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
- Collaborate with the client, family, Case Managers, Hab Techs and other teams to implement and evaluate client care needs and individual goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan
- Make regular client visits, as per policy, to evaluate client progress and to monitor that client services are implemented according to the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan and the service definitions

- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred

- Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)

Clinical Manager – Assistive Care/Home Care
The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse leader responsible for clinical oversight and case management for BAYADA ASSISTIVE CARE/HOME CARE clients in the home setting. This role partners closely with the Director, Client Services Manager, and office team to ensure safe, high‑quality, compassionate care, strong client and caregiver relationships, and adherence to BAYADA policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements. The Clinical Manager provides clinical leadership to field staff, conducts client assessments, develops and manages care plans, and drives outcomes aligned with BAYADA’s mission and ASSISTIVE CARE practice goals.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Client Care

Conduct comprehensive client assessments in the home and complete the care planning process, including initial and ongoing reassessments as required by policy and payor regulations.

Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans that reflect client goals, functional status, risks, and social determinants of health; ensure alignment between written and electronic care plans.

Provide ongoing clinical and case management oversight for an assigned caseload, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively, and in accordance with BAYADA standards and state/federal regulations.

Collaborate with physicians and other health care providers to coordinate care, obtain and document verbal orders, and ensure timely, accurate completion of required clinical documentation and orders.

Conduct clinical visits (reassessments and supervisory visits) at required frequencies, documenting changes in condition, risks, and interventions; escalate complex cases to clinical leadership as appropriate.
Caregiver Oversight, Development & Engagement

Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and development of home health aides and other field employees, including ongoing skills assessment, education, and competency review in the home and office settings.

Deliver individualized coaching and feedback during client visits, reinforcing safety protocols, procedures, documentation expectations, and BAYADA policy; document follow‑up actions and performance trends.

Identify high‑potential caregivers and collaborate with the office team to connect them with training, scholarship, and growth opportunities (e.g., BAYADA recognition programs, scholarship and career pathways).

Foster a culture of engagement and recognition by actively using BAYADA Celebrates, BAYADA Bucks, and other recognition tools to motivate and retain field staff.
Client & Family Experience

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and families through clear, compassionate, and proactive communication, reinforcing BAYADA’s commitment to dignity, independence, and quality of life at home.

Partner with the Client Services Manager to appropriately match caregivers and clients, quickly address concerns, and support long‑term retention of clients and hours on service.

Maintain and utilize a community resource list and ancillary service knowledge (e.g., adaptive equipment, social supports) to address needs beyond the care plan and help keep clients safely at home.
Collaboration, Operations & Quality

Collaborate daily with the Director, Client Services Manager, and office team to manage caseload growth, visit schedules, and staffing plans that support ASSISTIVE CARE lifecycle and performance expectations.

Participate actively in team meetings (e.g., daily standups, weekly forward/Week‑in‑Review, case conferences) to review high‑risk clients, open referrals, and key clinical and operational priorities.

Use sound clinical and operational judgment to prioritize work, maintain caseload, and support office initiatives and quality improvement activities (e.g., audits, incident follow‑up, risk mitigation planning).

Ensure timely, accurate completion of clinical documentation in BAYADA systems (e.g., AlayaCare/Viv) to support compliance, billing, payroll, and reporting requirements.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Arizona.
