POSITION SUMMARY:

The Associate supervises activities connected to the accounts payable function. The individuals in this role ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports. The Associate is responsible for preparing accounts payable register and related reports as well as the coordination and oversight of the weekly check settlement run processes. It is an entry level professional track position and will offer training and continuing education to support a career in management and leadership within BAYADA Home Health Care.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review expense reports for authorization and proper coding and submit for payment.
Coordinate with other departmental divisions to ensure timely payment of invoices and expenses.
Respond promptly to routine internal/external inquiries, furnishing supporting documentation where applicable.
Support the team and provide back up as needed.
Validate W-9 information received from vendors.
Support annual audits and compliance reviews as needed.
Control, reconcile and replenish petty cash accounts.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Verify appropriate payment authorization on invoices.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Workers’ Compensation Adjuster to joint our home health care organization. This role will work closely with injured employees, office leadership, and our Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to support the day-to day-management of Workers’ Compensation claims while helping ensure injured employees receive timely care and support.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their Workers’ Compensation or claims career.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under moderate supervision, will perform a variety of functions related to the management of the company’s Workers’ Compensation claims and other aspects of the Employee Claims and Safety office (ECS) through: 1) hands on management and creation of policies and practices, 2) preparing reports, analysis, and presentations, and 3) providing administrative and project support to your supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Four (4) year college degree preferred.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in Workers’ Compensation claims handling.
Basic proficiency in handling litigated Workers’ Compensation claims.
Demonstrated proficiency in effectively and timely communicating with service offices, injured employees, and Third-Party Administrator.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Learn various aspects of the organization through technology training, hands-on learning, cross-training, and site visits.
Ensure accurate completion of clerical functions such as the routine maintenance of reliable claim notes, records, and reports.
Understand the company’s policies as well as the applicable state Workers’ Compensation laws that govern our work.
Act as a trusted advisor and become a subject matter expert with regard to Employee Claims functions and processes.

Handle a caseload between seventy-five (75) and one hundred fifty (150) active Workers’ Compensation claims while maintaining accurate and complete information on each assigned file.
No greater than 5% of caseload will be valued at greater than BAYADA’s current deductible.
Proficiency in infectious disease claims and communicating and implementing the associated BAYADA policies.
Ensure that each BAYADA office has a reliable Panel List of Providers and maintain regular contact with office directors to guarantee continued satisfaction with ECS’s outside medical vendors.
Ensure that each work-related injury is reported within the state’s filing deadline.
Obtain timely medical reports from claimant’s treating physicians and promptly inform BAYADA office staff of the findings.
Schedule follow-up appointments for any claimant who misses a regularly scheduled medical visit.
Coordinate placement of injured workers in modified or light-duty placements as directed by their treating physician; seek alternate work assignments for claimants if job opportunities do not exist within the company; facilitate completion of the company’s light-duty payroll on a weekly basis.
Timely investigation of claims.
Appropriate and accurate coding of claims.
Continue to develop knowledge base of claims handling and jurisdictional knowledge through claims handling and independent research.
Timely completion of Action List items.
Ability to accurately evaluate and present settlement evaluations/recommendations.
Proven ability to progressively work in a more independent fashion with moderate direction.
Proactively works and collaborates with Third Party Administrator (TPA) and defense counsel to create effective strategies.
Ongoing analysis of exposure and recommendations for mitigating the exposure and resolution of the claim is evidenced.
Identification of and escalation of Third-Party Administrator service issues through to resolution.
Continuously evaluate defense counsel and other strategic partnerships to ensure effectiveness and address issues as needed.

Initiate and independently research claim information through compilation of statistics, analyzing data and summarizing findings for review.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Senior Manager, Workday Finance Systems.

Location: This position has the ability to be based either remotely or at our Pennsauken, NJ Global Support Center. Occasional travel required for team meetings, trainings, and conferences.

The Senior Manager is responsible for providing advanced technical expertise and has ownership of the finance modules of the Workday platform, including Accounts Payable (AP), Expenses, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Consolidation. Leveraging a deep understanding of Workday's architecture and financial processes, the Senior Manager will collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize and enhance the Workday Financial Management system to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

System Configuration and Customization:

Configure and customize Workday Financials modules to align with business requirements, including setting up AP processes, expense policies, accounting rules, financial reporting structures, inventory management workflows, procurement processes, and consolidation methodologies.
Develop and implement custom solutions within Workday, including reports, dashboards, calculated fields, integrations, and business process configurations, to capture data and automate financial workflows, and improve efficiency.

Integration and Data Management:

Manage integrations between Workday Financials and other internal and external systems, such as Practice Management systems, banking platforms, and third-party applications, to ensure seamless data exchange and integrity.
Monitor data migration and conversion activities to ensure accurate and timely transfer of financial data between systems, including data cleansing, transformation, and validation.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Lead testing efforts for Workday Financials configurations and customizations, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate functionality and ensure adherence to business requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address any issues or defects identified during the testing process, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.

Support and Maintenance:

Analyze and understand financial data within reporting to provide expert-level support to end-users and stakeholders on Workday Financials functionality, troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and answering inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Proactively monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize system stability, reliability, and performance.
Support Workday feature release updates and enhancements.
Perform security maintenance by collaborating with stakeholders to define security roles, access controls, and permission sets, ensuring the appropriate level of data security and segregation of duties.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals, to support system implementation, maintenance, and training activities.
Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and training workshops to educate end-users and stakeholders on Workday Financials best practices, tips, and tricks.
Liaise with Workday user community to access best practices and bring forth to the business users.
Recommend system enhancements and packages that advance technology, automate, add value, and align with the company’s goals and culture.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Workday Financials certification(s) preferred.
Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.
Four (4) year college degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting Workday Financials modules, with a focus on AP, Expenses, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Consolidation.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Workday platform.
Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, EIBs, Core Connectors, and other Workday development tools and technologies required.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to perform at a high level within finance organizations with strong relationship and technical skills.
Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.
Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.

Competitive Pay:

Base Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 / per year depending on factors such as experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is a strategic leader and champion of The BAYADA Way, uniting clinical and support teams through an enterprise-wide shared governance framework to uphold exceptional, client-centered care. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
