As a Corporate FP&A Manager reporting to the Director of Strategic FP&A, you will architect consolidated financial models and manage SaaS metrics during the company’s scale-up phase. The team's mission is to translate rapid growth into actionable financial narratives for executive leadership and the Board of Directors. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of consolidated financial statements and driving process automation through modern technology.

Responsibilities

• Execute the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for consolidated financial statements, including Revenue, Billings, Collections, ARR, and Free Cash Flow.
• Produce monthly and quarterly financial performance reports and variance analyses for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and financial models to track key operational drivers and SaaS-specific performance trends.
• Identify and implement automation workflows within financial processes to increase the efficiency and accuracy of management reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, specifically within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Direct experience forecasting SaaS-specific metrics, including Revenue, Billings, Collections, and ARR.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining complex, multi-statement consolidated financial models.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, G-Suite, NetSuite & Adaptive Planning
• Expertise in managing Free Cash Flow forecasting and collection cycle analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing or leveraging AI tools and automated workflows to streamline financial analysis.
• Prior experience preparing reporting packages and presentation materials specifically for Board-level stakeholders.

Reporting directly to our senior director of Finance, you will drive the end-to-end financial reporting and planning processes for Engineering, Product, and Tech Support teams. This role is instrumental in translating technical initiatives into actionable financial insights to optimize our global R&D investments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to develop cost-maximizing strategies and identify key business drivers for technology investments.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to manage OpEx, headcount forecasting, and annual operating plans for the CTO organization.
• Track and report on mission-critical SaaS metrics, including R&D spend efficiency, product development timelines, and engineering productivity.
• Drive monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, providing comprehensive variance analysis and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience, specifically within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced technical proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex modeling (e.g., multi-variable Index/Match).
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning software.
• Proven experience managing OpEx and headcount forecasting for technical/R&D departments.
